Ordinary place with not very fast service.

I would give this dive less than one star if I could. This is the Dirtiest Nastiest McDonald's EVER....! It should be permanently closed.. Manager has a attitude problem, no customer service skills whatsoever. He closed the place 2 hrs early because he said he wanted to go home because they were slow. He actually did me a favor I found a really nice pub /sports bar around the corner that made me a awesome Burger.

If the food wasn't actually cooked fresh, I'd give them no stars. Cashier was extremely rude, loud, and condescending, almost to the point of me yelling back. I've had bad orders etc before, never got mad....this was a 1st. The 2nd one preparing putting the food in bags was half ignoring the customers, when a little girl asked for sauce for her nuggets, she got ignored with a eye roll, her mom stepped in firm and wasn't ignored. I was just standing watching We had to go back for sauce and katsup as well, is this really that hard? Drink was flat, hot, gross Out of ice cream, tea, etc Again, the only star is a credit to the cook today. The food was actually cooked right, fresh, and prompt. Last thing was a 15 min sign to eat... garbage.... I'll definitely go elsewhere next trip. I've been to some nasty McDonalds before.... at least they hired professionals.

Ice cream and service were quite good. Restroom could use a bit more attention though. Also of interest, we went in on a Sunday, one of only a few reasonably priced eateries open. Apparently Washington D.C. closes down a bit on Sundays. Overall acceptable.

Great NEW environment with self-service kiosk. Only problem is limited to NONE seating and they shall have more than ONE cashier working to make the customer flow and experience more hospitality filled.

Food is McDonald’s standard quality but they bring it out to your table which is a nice touch. Only concern is the homeless shelters are right nearby so expect someone to open the door for you and ask for your change.

Do not go to this McDonald's around lunch time. I work for an electrical company on a construction job site where allot of people are forced to eat here given it is the closest thing. Every day, there's a line that stretches out the door. You wouldn't think they would take notice of this and try to prepare for this lunch rush such as, opening a second line lol. Management is horrible. Everytime I go to this place the smoothie machine is broken or they just don't feel like making it for me

I sympathize with this McDonalds location. The area has an excessive number of homeless people. Somehow, the restaurant isn't full of homeless people sitting in all of the chairs. I felt that the prices were a bit higher than I'm used to at McDonalds, but everything in Washington DC costs more. The food was as expected. The tables and floor were clean. They messed up my daughter's order, but promptly fixed it when she showed it to them.

This place is the PITS!!!! Both managers are VERY NASTY and most disagreeable. Who wants that first thing in the morning. Fast food . . . NOT FAST ATTITUDE! Should we even start with the riff raff that is outside harassing you when you enter and exit? STOP THE MADNESS.

Smells like moth balls. The people behind the counter was rude. Won't be returning!!
