The food is what one would expect. I opt for the chicken. Fast polite service, this place rocks. While you fill your drink they will bring your order to you! Again..... THIS PLACE ROCKS!
I have been a customer at this location "5009 Wilson Blvd Arlington Va. 22203 Store# 999" for the past 23 years and was never treated with so much disrespect as I have recently, all because of an 8 oz. water cup, I have seen many time over the years when people walk in fill their bottles with whatever drink they want FREE and walk out. Plus a group of homeless, same people that camp at this store for many hours drink, talk, use the Wi-Fi & the bathroom till 10 pm everyday. Go and see for your self. This time I made a purchase got water cup "The smallest cup McDonalds offers 8 ounces" instead of getting water I got juice, I was called out by a female supervisor/ manager. I know the male manager "Santos Duran" at the time he was handling the drive through orders, She yelled at me across the restaurant for everyone to hear "Sir if you wanna get anything else other than water you need to pay for it" I did not appreciate that, so I asked to speak with her manager "Santos Duran" She said I am the manager, I told her I want to speak "Santos Duran" she went in the back and told "Santos Duran" not to come she also announce it to the works and no one want to speak to me, they all ignored me. To make things worst every time a customer tried to order, she talks to them about me in Spanish. knowing I can't get anywhere I asked for her name, she quickly removed her nametag and got on my face taunting me. She kept getting closer and closer to me saying I'm not giving you my name, what you gonna do about it. She was hoping to ignite a reaction from me, I'm old enough and wise. This is unacceptable from anyone, specially when a regular customer know the manager by name and yet he did not even show his face "Santos Duran" As for the female self proclaimed manager that removed her nametag, embarrassed me in front of the customers and staff and tried to fight me. I promise I will get her name as long as she is still there but my hope is that she gets blacklisted from McDonalds, because she does not represent the brand in anyway shape or form. Once I get her name I will update this review.
Mom doesn't like fast food but, i was starving. Kids loved it. This location always has hot fries Mom and kids love that. Kid-friendliness: This location the fries are always hot. The food doesn't taste or feel like it's been sitting in the bay for 30 minutes to an hour. Loving that. If the kids must have McDonald's, I pass 3 other McDonald's to get to this one. The employees are extremely friendly all of them. Customer service care is a must this location A+++.
this is my local mcdonald’s.. and it’s really a shame. it is by far the worst mcdonald’s in this area. when i say staff hardly speak any english i mean it. i don’t think one of their staff members is fluent. the people who work the drive through can hardly communicate and often get orders wrong. and i’ve been coming here for years. they frequently forget to salt their fries and their ice cream machine has been broken for the better part of this year. speaking of which it is broken today. they never have someone working register, and when they do it is always a rude lady who clearly doesn’t want to be there. on top of all of this the floors are always sticky and the tables are never cleaned. i don’t think i’ve ever seen someone cleaning. truly a shame that this is the nearest one to me.
The ladies here are awesome! Especially Yecenia, Obelys, and Demary. They are always friendly and professional every time I go in. I am there every day for my morning iced coffee, and I am never disappointed. I’ve been coming here for over a year now, and I can confidently say that the service here is consistently good. I was shocked to see their rating, but it goes to show that people are more likely to leave a review when they are upset.
Great food, I wish they had bike racks incase you're biking but that's alright.

my friends and I keep ordering from them on uber eats, however they have canceled the last two orders unexpectedly with no reason or explanation. it’s absolutely unacceptable behavior! it does not make any sense as to why this store has canceled so many times, like who allows this to happen, the orders are not even complicated, its just big macs?! like how hard is this to give a proper explanation or to not cancel. don’t order online from them ever, period-
This is the closest McD's to my house and unfortunately has been consistently subpar for decades. With the exception of tonight's burger, the food has never been bad. Tonight's burger was greasy and sloppy but it was 3:55am and I'm sure they were rushing to switch over to breakfast. The issue here seems to have always been the lack of training which I blame on upper management and the owner. I've spoken with him once before. I'm extremely sympathetic right now due to labor shortages everywhere so this post is a general one - not specific to my visit 30 minutes ago. They always forget straws, or napkins, or sauce for nuggets. Sometimes they forget the nuggets. By contrast, the Richmond Hwy location by the airport is always perfect. The one on Arlington Blvd at Patrick Henry Dr is also almost always perfect. My advice if going to this location is to check, and double check, your order before leaving. You'll be glad you did. They also don't do mobile orders well here. Several times they've been out of something or the ice cream machine is "broken" yet I'll still get charged for everything I've ordered through the app. I most come here between 9pm until 5am, but have had the same issues during the day. The problems are usually at night. 60% of my night orders have mistakes. 20% of my day orders. They're also very slow. If you have the option, pick one of the other locations.
