Chipotle Mexican Grill

This was our first time at a Chipotle, but we were really pleased with it all. She got the bow and I got the burrito, but both were loaded with ingredients and very flavorful. The service was nice too with everyone being very friendly and accomodating. The restaurant itself was mostly clean, although there were a few tables that still had trash on them. And there was also random trash in other places. So while that was a let down, the food and service made up for it. We did order directly at the restaurant, so we can't speak at all on behalf of the online ordering. But in person went very smoothly and we will definitely go back again.

Quick service, reasonable portion, delicious food. Nothing to complain except for that everything but rice was too salty.

Tried to order quesadillas. Told me order online. I tried to do it online and your app was not working tried trough browser it’s still didn’t work. Asked to make for me and I will just pay in store cuz app is not working. They told me it’s company policy….. I respect your company policy but it’s just so stupid!!!!! Never going to order again.

It’s a chipotle but basically the worst one I’ve gone to. I go here from time to time and they’re regularly out of everything guac, sour cream, tortillas, dressing; their guacamole is frequently made with unripe avocados that aren’t mashed up, I find avocado stems and bits of unchewable tendon in my bowls regularly. Great location so it’s a shame it’s so poorly run.

Order a burrito bowl for pickup. Said it was ready for 12:45, and waited as it was not completed. Additionally, the food was cold when I ate it. Lastly, the bowl itself was filled maybe halfway. I should have went to Nando's next door and get a chicken bowl, same price, twice the food. Please note, the photo that I took was before I even had one bite...

I normal really like Chipotle, but every time I ordered at this location they didn’t get my order.

We order from here quite often, and we have had them put the wrong meats in the salad bowls several times. However tonight they completely messed up, giving us a random bowl of who knows what rather than what was in the order and on the receipt. Received this when the order was a salad bowl with carnitas, brown rice, sour cream and cheese

Very disappointing Chipotle franchise. Always a long line, skimping on the amount of food in pick-up/delivered meals, and the restaurant does not appear cleanly. Management needs to get involved and either hire new or more workers. For this location, it has a huge competition with all of the other new and upcoming restaurants and must do better.

Ordered delivery from this location and got the wrong item, not even close to what I ordered, chipotle support is useless, won't correct the issue and only offer "free entree" which doesn't cover/recoup their "delivery fee", "service fee", or the the tip for the driver. Also this "solution" requires me to order again, spend more money on fees/tip, and just hope they get the order right

Good customer service at this location; but the overall customer experience here sometimes feel rushed, non-attentive by the servers preparing your food, and the portions at this location are worst than Trump! --deplorable and a joke!! And, the servers here got the nerve to look at you like you crazy...if you say “Hell nah, can you add more meat to that?!!” I mean, if I wanted a kid's meal, I would order one. lol Ultimately, I always end up paying more $$$ for a double meat order...which you can get as a standard serving at other locations. I only come here when it is convenient and/or need something really quick, on the semi-healthy tip. There's plenty of better, more flavorful eating spots in the Ballston Quarters Mall next to this place!
