Why I go to this McDonalds, the manager and staff here get it! They actually care about the food, the service and the atmosphere. There are fresh flowers in water an every table. I want to thank the manager for stepping up and taking my order today, ordered a double quarter deluxe. Most McDonalds I go to don't have a clue what that is, my manager knew exactly what it was and gave me a compliment on ordering the sandwich the way it was meant to be ordered. The staff delivered a perfectly built sandwich that was juicy and delicious. Thanks Rose Hill McDonalds for your time and attention to detail!
The manager at this location needs to train their employees on customer service. went through the drive thru and the employee tells the customer that it’s not their fault for something they did on their end. not knowing the person placing the order, imagine if this was someone from corporate coming through your drive thru and you said something along the line “it’s not my fault that your order didn’t take..”, they would probably be fire on the spot.
Food was as expected for a McDonald's. The service was pretty fast. The atmosphere was horrible, they had a constant beeping sound and walking in and out was extremely dangerous with the way the drive-in was designed.Food: 4/5
I've been here twice the last 2 weeks and it's taken 20+ minutes to get my food in the drive through the first time and longer when I choose the curbside pickup. What's the point of ordering in advance in the app. Doesn't dance any time.Food: 2/5
THEY NEED TO CHANGE THEIR FRY GREASE OR SOMETHING BECAUSE EVERYTIME I REQUEST FRESH FRIES THEY TASTE OLD! ORDERED MULTIPLE TIMES SAME RESULT EVERYTIME OLD DARK FRIES, they shouldn’t be this dark if they are made to order from McDonald’s
Awful service! We spent such a long time ordering the food via their kiosk and then it said we had to pay upfront. When we went to the counter we were there about ten minutes. I was politely saying hello trying to get their attention and they didn’t even acknowledge us at all or noticed us. The business was not even that crowded and the women cleaning the tables simply told us to wait instead of going in the back and getting someone’s attention. Their priority is drive thru for sure. So rude and not going back here. I hope the franchise manager reads this.
If you order to go, do check to make sure you get what you order. I ordered a double filet O fish meal, but got a single filet O fish. I did not check it when picked up and not able to go back...
Went inside, ordered bacon and cheese biscuits. Order done within 5 minutes. Fast serviceFood: 5/5
It's McDonalds. No surprises here, we don't tell anyone that we eat here, but we all do, and when we do it's not too bad. This location has a quick drive-through.Food: 4/5
