This McDonald's should be SHUT DOWN!!! My husband and I came here after work on 11/30/2021 to get something quick to eat. He ordered the Mcrib and as you can see it was poorly made, no bbq sauce, patty cold and the fries were cold and nasty as well. We did not check our order before leaving the window, instead we pulled up and checked the food and realize it was wrong. Got back in line and got to the window and the rude employee stated we're closed and we can't refund you. I then request to speak with the manager. She yelled for the manager Freda then stated these rude customers was at the window. The wannabe manager Freda then stated she was not going to refund us nor remake the burger and we could return in the morning for her to remake the order. WORST MANAGER & CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! UPDATE....We returned the following day and the manager was not there the entire day, therefore she lied! She wasn't scheduled to be there that day.

I have nothing to complain about, though all my visits have been in the drive thru in the morning. I use the mobile app to go ahead and skip ordering at the speaker and I think that makes it a lot easier and faster for me. Sometimes there's a wait but that's kind of something that just happens.Food: 5/5

If you're feeling like your having too great of a day, and need a way to immediately be infuriated by something, this is your place. Legitimately the worst customer service anywhere east of the Mississippi and they'll forget at least two things from your order.Food: 2/5

Service at this location is awful. They are on a 4 visit streak of messing up orders. This time they neglected to give us our entire order of nuggets. It was a curbside order so the bag was sealed and we did not see until we made it home. Its a shame that its become a REQUIREMENT to sort through your order to make sure its right. On a more minor note the staff must be illiterate because our order asked for honey packets and we were give honey mustard….. Just go to the chic fil a up the road and save the headache.

Same 1 star food and service, just different location. 12 mins with 5 people in line. No napkins, yet at least i got a straw this time. Major win.Food: 1/5

Delivery was fast but didn't receive everything I ordered. I had two items that was missing. They need to do better with delivery. Pay attention to customer orders. Food was good . That was the only upside to it.

Had to wait in the drive thru line to be able to park to go inside due to delivery truck parking. Went to use the kiosk, oh guess what, it had no table top number to put on your order so I made one up. Well, then the debit card machine didn't work. Told me I had to take the receipt to the counter to pay for it. Guess what, no receipt printed. So now I'm waiting with several others but no one is at the counter taking orders. Go to a different kiosk that worked for someone else, it was faster and worked. Well, I ordered my food for dine in. That don't matter they put it in a bag. So why did we have to use a table top number if we go to get our food in a carry out bag. They literally put 4 packs of ketchup in the bag for 2 adult meals. And 1 pack in the kids meal. Guess they don't know toddler's eat ketchup on everything. Went and asked for more ketchup was met with attitude and told we put some in the bag already. They gave us maybe 3 more packs. One item was missing from the kids meal I ordered but decided not to argue with them over that. Especially after the attitude with the ketchup. I asked for a refill on my drink, she brought a cup and I thought I would get get a new cup but she said she had to pour it into my cup. Ok no problem, but I didn't want more ice. I already had an half an cup with ice. Kid-friendliness: None. The high chairs for the kids were dirty. As in caked in food. Not just from that days use. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned all week. No booster chairs in the dinning room for kids to big for a high chair, but to small to sit at the table. Parking: Delivery truck parked where you had to wait in the drive thru line to go park to go I to the store. Due to one way traffic in the parking lot.

Great place to get something quick to eat. Staff for the most part is great Shake machine is always down or they don't clean it. Sometimes they do close early and will ignore you.

This place needs the GM to check it out and make changes. Machines to place order don't work it, the other machine said it would print out a receipt and that did not happen. Employees are confused, upset customers. Man, I walked into a circus, thanks for the entertainment just did not expect it from a McDonald's.Food: 3/5

No front desk - friendly reception. All staff members appeared to be very busy with drive through or Kiosk orders. Walk ins not using technical meal order devices or drive through are mostly overlooked. That's based on observations.
