Chickadees Diner

Part of my BIRTHDAY goal is to eat at some places ive never been & I always wanted to try this Diner. Great service, i ordered the chef salad It was delicious! Very unique salad because it comes with a fried egg on top .

The wait staff, Alex and manager Jeff were super friendly, courteous, and professional. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. Very satisfied, worth the coins, will be back.

Great diner! Reminds me of something from the 50's and 60's. Food was excellent as was the service. Big plus is discounts given to military and first responders. Also discount for conceal carry permit holders! Definitely going back!

Wow, what a great place! Stopped by on a Wednesday morning after my appointment at the hospital had been canceled without notifying me so to put it mildly, I was not in the best of moods! Since I can no longer drive, I was just looking for somewhere within a short walk to eat. Checked Google maps and they were just across the street and had great reviews. Didn't even know they were there. Walked in, heard the 50's music, was greeted by a pretty, friendly waitress and my mood quickly started to change! The food was good, Jeni was my waitress and the service was just great! As both retired military and law-enforcement, it always means a lot to me when a business owner appreciates and supports our "First Responders". Thank you Jeff! All that to say; it was my first time here. I was very pleasantly surprised and will be back any time I am near the hospital and will highly recommend Chickadees to everyone ! Again, thank you! By the way, I had never written a review.

Everything was yummy, and I love the sass filled responses to all of the crappy customers. My kind of place!

My first time visiting during the lunch rush was a pleasant experience — promptly greeted and taken care of, food was fresh and well presented, and the location is moderately easy to get to. Oh, and Kimberly, one of your servers, is absolutely fabulous and always greets with a smile, and honestly deserves a promotion of any capacity! Very valuable member of your staff!

The customer service is great. The waitresses were very friendly and helpful. But the food was bland. There was absolutely no seasoning on anything. The steak taste more like a hamburger. And The Pittsburgh Omelette was made with steakum meat which was horrible.

I tried Chickadees for the first time this morning with my 2 children. They were friendly and the food was excellent. The waitress was kind to my autistic son and that is important to me because his directness can be perceived as curtness. The omelet was perfect and we took the fatty melt to go and it was AMAZING!!! Thanks for the great experience. We will definitely be back.

The diner was pretty dirty. Tables, salt and pepper shakers, and the bathroom floor were very sticky. Most of the food we got was cold/luke warm. The food was decent though and we got good service. Afterward, two of the six people who ate there got sick. The one definitely has food poisoning. We will not be back.

All my food was fresh, hot, and EXACTLY how I ordered it. Everything tasted so good and my food was 10 minutes earlier than I was expecting, which definitely brought a smile to my face. Everyone who participated made sure I had enough condiments, napkins, and utensils. The tea wasn't as sweet as I hoped but it was probably the correct amount so who cares because my food was Delicious from beginning to end... Lol definitely using and recommending this place from now on! Thank you, thank you, and thank you; the simple pleasures of a decent meal at a great price in ample supply always wins in my book! Great job!!!
