This was my First and Will be my Last Time I'll EVER eat here! There was ONLY ONE KIOSK open! The Crowd of Customers was out the door! An Employee Ranted to a Customer behind ME in line, because his Mask wasn't covering his nose; And yet, HIS MASK looked like one you might find on the road! I ordered EXTRA Pickles and EXTRA Onions....but, after walking three blocks to find someplace to sit and eat, because there is NO Dining INSIDE and they have NO OUTSIDE Benches.... My Burger had NO PICKLES, NO ONIONS AND NO KETCHUP! It was just: A Bun, A Patty and a half piece of cheese! OH....so, unlike most people who LIKE French Fries....Well, I DON'T. Nor, did I order any! Well, when I reached into the bag to look for napkins that were NOT in their.... WHOA....There was an order of Large Fries IN MY BAG! Well.... At least they got my drink right Ice Water

This must be a Hawaiian thing, because this is yet another restaurant that has a lobby to sit and eat but does not have restrooms for the guests to use. Also the throughput on the food is not very efficient! Lastly and the biggest flaw is having ordered multiple vanilla ice cream cones, every cone I received was very stale, and not a little stale. Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly at all. Children were not greeted and the staff overall was not very warm or welcoming. Parking: There is none! Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp for those in a wheelchair.

A McDonald's that's open 24 hours a day. PERFECT for this of us with jet lag that is in dire need of a cup of coffee at 4 in the morning. Mary Ann waited on me and she has a delightful personality. Thank you for making me feel welcomeFood: 5/5

I know the $1 large fries with mobile orders is usually less than impressive but they literally gave me a quarter of a package ... absolutely unreal, probably not enough for a small. I work next door so I was super sad never to be going back to that one ...this is exactly the way it was and none spilled out in the bag. My fault for not looking before I left but was running behind

Encountered my first experience of getting my takeaway food snatched off under my eyelid.. if I described it correctly. A homeless man walked into McDonald. As I wasn’t paying attention, my order was picked up by the homeless man and walked out of the outlet. The manager was pretty angry and tried very hard to call out to stop him and other standby customers were also helping to ask the man to stop and one tried to pull his sleeve. I was left surprised. Haaa probably I’m in the state of a 5 seconds later and let the situation be as it is. I asked the manager to let it go as there’s no need to raise blood pressure. Another set of meal was made for me. Take it as feeding a homeless man. Let him be well as it’s not easy for this person too. Thanks McDonald Manager for serving me.

It's a 50/50 chance to get soft ice cream when you go to McDonald's and that's not a joke. I guess when the soft serve goes into automation there at the mercy of when that happens. You would think the genius that designed it would have programmed a machine to clean during off hours. When I ask when is it going to be up again no one knew it was a mystery. Amazing and not in a good way.

When I got there the staff was nice. I ordered my lunch for about if being 14$ for me. The only problem I had was the bathroom. It smelled and was dirty but my table was nice and clean and my waiter was very nice that she gave me a special edition drink on the house. My advice, you'll like the place until you go into the bathroom. Just don't go to the bathroom if you want your dining experience messed up.

Almost the same as any regular McDonald’s you can find in the country. Occasionally, you will find a homeless person causing a scene. In terms of food, the local breakfast platter is a must try.

Very very slow, but the Local Deluxe Breakfast SPAM, Eggs, Portuguese Sausage, Rice was delicious!

Nothing crazy to report here, it was a place we stopped in because we have a 4 and a 6-year-old and we had to feed them. I like the little kiosk where we can enter our own food in because customization is way better than telling it directly to the person at the counter. So it worked out great for me. They didn't mess up my order or anything. We also use the app to retrieve pre-rewards so that was very nice.
