Edit: After I had made my negative review something changed. I have never had any issues with this McDonald’s in the past two months I always get a fresh vintage McDonald’s experience. This McDonald’s also appeared to have hired a new staff everyone is nice and friendly and people are doing their job for this I give this McDonald’s a five star a huge improvement from a one.Keep up the good work!

Worst experience ever. We ordered spicy chicken sandwich 4b when we came got home we check it was nothing in the sandwich except for dry bun with dry chicken patty. There is no spicy sauce, no pickle. Just the dry sandwich. Even the French fries was not in the fries box.

This was THE HOTTEST, FRESHEST MAC I've had the pleasure of feasting upon! Not only that.. The fries were PIPPING HOT! Pipping hot, people! When is the last time you had a perfect McDonald's experience??? Friendly staff, super-duper clean I could smell the disinfectant in the air.this store is actually CLEAN! I will never go to another McDonald's again! This one takes the cake!....ahem...fries. Takes the fries Btw. .I had already smashed the sandwich to get it into my watering jaws, so don't judge the pic of the mac harsly! Soooooo yum

I ordered 2 sausage egg cheese biscuit with Orange juice The sausage egg cheese biscuits were so hard one of them could not be eaten. I plan to return it the McDonald's this afternoon.Food: 1/5

I ordered my food on the kiosk machine and I'm happy we now have that option. It makes life easier on me and the McDonalds employees. You just have to check your order to make sure everything is in the bag. I had no issues at this location and the staff are so nice there. They even offered me a free large cup to get a drink. I know it's only a dollar but the fact they offered to give me a free drink is the reason for my short novel I'm writing here.

This McDonald’s has impeccable service . I’m just getting home haven’t even eaten my food yet and just had to write this review . Usually when you go to McDonald’s the service is terrible especially overnight but NOPE not this one !from ordering my order with an elder lady at the speaker who greeted me so kindly to receiving my hot food at the window by a tall order gentleman with a big smile . Take note that it’s midnight and usually people aren’t this happy to work. I’m so happy I decided to pull in to this location and grab some food they really made my night feel so much better . I never leave reviews but I just had to . Thank you so much for the wonderful service !

I guess is okay to serve old burgers and chicken nuggets that are cold. Good job for the active manager of this place… I don’t even know how you can be the worst McDonald’s in Parkville. Chicken nuggets harder that a rock

The whole experience was horrible I didn't get to earn my points because when I went to scan my phone he said I already got a offer and I told how is that possible when I just tried to scan my phone for the first time. I definitely don't visit McDonald's 2 in a day I hardly even eat from there. I only went there because my 3 year old niece wanted a happy meal. McDonald's is nothing like it use to be they went down hill as far as the customer service and the cook's in some locations. So after spending 48.56 there because it was 5 of us together. Now. We get home and they forget some of the food luckily it was mine. Didn't get that crispy chicken and my nephew didn't get his big Mac. I really hope they get their customer service together soon especially at this location.

If 0 or negative stars were an option it would be -4 stars. I tell myself every time not to go back, yet I still do, and every time I’m overcharges, I’m shorted food items, my food is crewed up. Today I ordered my food 7 times…. It’s embarrassing, still shorted, still over charged, this locations is such an embarrassment. Then you try to talk to the employees and they just look at you like your not there to purchase food from them. Sorry I decided to come here today and you can’t just stare at your phone. There is so much to say… and it’s doesn’t even matter. To make it better their phones are disconnected, must be getting too many calls about their screw ups.
