KFC

There is always a issue at this location, between not having certain food during peak hours to the service being poor. Today I order a simple meal and the employee took at least 15mins to come to the mic. It took him 4 times to get my order right. Then I went to pay and he acted as if I was bothering him as he was holding a personal conversation with another team member. The gold teeth and no hair net wasn’t fitting for the job. Once I got home the food was cold and the biscuit was hard as a board. This is the last I’ll be going to this location.

Not bad overall KFC has gone down. Worn out buildings and the whole experience not up to what you get at other food chains. No not talking about Chick-fil-A wish there were more modern locations and better customer service.

KFC is always been a favor of mine. I'm a breast man. When you get the meal mashed potatoes and gravey coleslaw and bake bean's. Not sure of the price today.. but in 2005 they were four bucks. I love that, I was the hero when Ibrought them home after work to your family. My wife loved the biscuit with her meal. RIP My Dear Wife.Food: 4/5

My experience at THIS KFC was as an Uber Eats driver. I stood waiting for any acknowledgement from the staff. None was given, despite making eye contact with several members of the staff. After over 5mins of waiting, in an empty restaurant, a staff member did come to me. They told me someone already picked up the order. The problem is that it wasn't me, the food was stolen, due to nobody watching the fron of the store. The manager never spoke to me directly. The food was remade, but not before I had to finish the order by filling the drinks from the front end. The fountain machine was also on the verge of breaking. Awfully run location and staffed location.

Went through the drive through and told to park and they would bring the food out in a few minutes. I would not have had a problem with that but it took another 25 minutes from them to bring it out. If it was going to take that long the should have told me and I could have ordered something else or gone somewhere else.Food: 5/5

I went through the drive-thru. My meal was nearly cold. In addition to being almost cold, My 2 chicken bites were also hard around the edges as if they had been overcooked hours ago. Management at this location has been poor for over 10 years in general.

The person who gave us service by being courteous proved to me that all fast food places don't only hire the last thing over the fence but hire people who are kind and polite.Food: 3/5

I’ve been in the line long enough, might as well leave a review. Went inside first only to hear lots of swearing and personal conversation, I was finally greeted as a Steelers fan and told i have to go to the drive thru if I want to eat very rude now I’ve been in the drive thru for 23 minutes just placed my order and I did however like my interaction with the person taking my order, she was cool enough to keep me coming back, now let’s see how the food tastes. Part 2 only if the food is horrible, if edible I have nothing else to say. Lastly, the guy cashier was nice young man but clueless just trying to get the job done Part 2 The food was horrible I bought extra food to ensure I’d enjoy at least some of it. 2 legs, a thigh, breast, fries, and a chicken sandwich, the only thing good was 1 leg and the cold fries $16.25 of my hard earned money I’ll never get back. I should have just left after entering the building and listening to the staff

Every time I come to this KFC the price is on things go up and down because people don't actually know how to ring up certain orders. I think they need better training for the staff and they never ever give you sauce. I hate it

Finger lickin' good! This location was so clean! I believe it is newly rennovated. The service was fast and pronpt. I ordered the KFC Cheetos sandwich. I only tried it because i trust this location to prepare it well so i can get the best quality out of iy. I made a good decision.
