This is my goto McDonald’s and I think they are one of the best I’ve ever been to. Barely ever any wait, very clean, updated, and my foods always right, hot, and on point. I use the app, and curbside so that I can make sure that my order is sent In correctly. The manager runs a tight ship and it shows in the end. 10/10
We ordered two Big Macs for curbside delivery which we didn’t get. Then, when I went inside to tell them we didn’t get them, I was accused of lying and trying to steal two Big Macs, which I had paid for. The manager proceeded to give me attitude and after about 10 minutes of me being ignored, an employee convinced them to just give us the two Big Macs that we paid for.
Service could be better. Food served in a decent amount of time. Had to ask for salt on my friesFood: 3/5
It sucked. They were interested in playing than helping a dissatisfied customer. They screwed up the order 3 times and still left me driving home with dry orders, kept my fries, and waited me for all these other people when I had to take an cry’s ride up there to begin with.
Update: Soda machine was fixed but it or it’s hoses never cleaned? If we get sausage biscuit and a Coke: diarrhea. If we get just biscuit, it’s fine. This never happens at other McDonald’s locations. Flat sodas: 4 Visits in 3 Weeks at a Breakfast, Lunch, or Dinner time. Every time no carbonation in the sodas. When politely asking for a replacement, staff gets an attitude. New building, same bad service. Wasn’t given a receipt so can’t do the survey. Classic.
Ordered a Happy meal for my Daughter with no salt on the fries got home to feed her fries full of salt fried calling phone rings off the hook,couldn't go back had to work would like to have a refund though.
Typical McDs fare. This location is always busy. They consistently get our orders correct and the food is always hot.Food: 4/5
Really appreciate the courtesy and kindness the employees show their customers. Always greeted with "yes ma'am" and a smile.Food: 4/5
Stay away! Worst McDonalds ever. This is how my meal was given to me.
