McDonald's

This place is horrible. From the workers to the manger. All the female there is having a loud, ghetto conversation. All while customers are forming. The mangers mother came in and cut the line to get free items. The manger now is doing this The place was a mess. I didnt even ordered my free. I just got something from the 711 across the street.

Ordered food through the mobile app and put my spot number on the app. I sat outside for 45min- a hr before I decided to walk inside to see what was going on. I walked in and the manager said 2 orders came through. Yet no one decided to come out and ask which order was mine or if I wanted 2 orders. The manager then stood up and refunded me my order. I’m very disappointed in how I was handled.

i ordered food off of door dash and waited and hour just for the food to be ready to be picked up. The door dasher came in to get the food but they wouldn’t let him get it and he would have to wait another 30 minutes if he was to get the food so he left then i got another door dasher and he was waiting about 20 minutes to get the food Also i ordered two drinks and only got one drink.

Absolutely the worst McDs within 20 miles. Zero f's given by the ladies working there. Good luck getting service. Was there 10 mins and nobody even acknowledged my presence. Avoid this dumpster fire of an establishment. Do they have managers?Food: 1/5

Customer service was Excellent , they went out their way to make sure our food was hot & Pointed out cupons to save me they made me feel Comfortable , by fowlling Covid Guidelines , The Dining area was very clean and so was the restrooms , Thanks McDonald's for making my experience greatTakeout: Yes

It's 10pm and I ordered food thru the app for in store pick up and yet AGAIN the doors r locked! The store sign says 11pm for when the inside closes but somehow at 10pm they're talking about they are not taking inside orders. Well then u may want to turn the inside orders off in the app bcuz there is no way I would have sat in a drive thru line for 2 pies! They really need to stop this, if ur sign says 11pm then u can't close at 9:55pm or even 10:50pm and if u do, then u need to update the app. I'm also a GrubHub driver and I don't take fast food orders after the inside closes so I don't have to sit in half an hour lines bcuz time is money, but if they don't go by their OWN RULES for the times they close, then how can we work correctly? Do u know how many times I've taken a McDonald's order and had to cancel it bcuz when u got there the inside was closed 2 or mire hours before the closing time posted in the door? Get it together McDonald's, I mean really, what is the problem? This store wasn't even short staffed so I don't get it. I'm just tired of this and it seems to be happening more and more lately....

These folks never disappoint! Special orders don't upset them, they get it right every time !!!! Always kind and polite. Very accommodating. Favorite McDonald's in MD! Thanks for doing your best!

Had to wait at drive-thru for over 20 mins at 11.50pm....felt like sitting on capital beltway in rush hour time.

What a transformation! This run down spot was transformed into a nifty, trendy, high end nook. Not only does it have all the menus posted on larger, more readable panels, but they are operating faster, and there are virtually no lines INSIDE weekdays. I tried the dine in experience and things got chaotic and messy on the floor and tables with staff—so busy they missed cleanup. My order was short three times on drinks, side items and condiments. Looks like they short staffed. anyway I enjoyed my fries and vegetarian sandwich of a bun, lettuce, tomato, mayo and ketchup. However the vanilla shake was perfect and cooling. #VegetariansEatOut2 Outside, there were lines, but that seemed to be because it is a popular, accessible location, and things seem to go fairly fast. Inside buildings, is a gray granite theme on walls and accessories. The place is immaculate and decked out with eat in nooks, Group conversation tables, game corners AND self order kiosks! Wh-hooooo! Go McDonalds.

The manager with the medium length dreads/braids, consistently has a nasty attitude. Almost like she thinks it's cute to be that nasty and rude. Backwards lol. It's not cute to make yourself look like an angry, hating person. Smh lol
