Sonic Drive-In

I the ultimate breakfast burrito it had hair in it when I bite into it! I feel so sick! My strawberry limeade taste like Salta water! My tots was cold

Today I decided to try Sonic for lunch, I've only had Sonic once before in my life and I couldn't remember how the experience was. This location was great, the food took a little while to come out but it definitely tasted fresh and was delicious. The lady at the drive-thru was super friendly and she adjusted My order into some type of meal to make it a few dollars cheaper for me. Great experience, I will definitely go back!

Came to the patapsco ave location and had the worst Experience I've ever had at any fast food place. The young lady in the drive thru window was very rude i could hear her cussing when u had 2 cars in front of me. Once i got to the window he attitude was very of putting. This isn't the first time I've had a bad experience with this young lady. Other then that my food was great hot and fresh. I will most likely not be returning to this location due to that.

*pull into stall* "I'm alone in here so if you want something you'll go through the drive thru" *in drive thru* "Hey I have a gift card I'd like to use" IM NOT READY TO PROCESS GIFT CARDS YOU'RE GONNA HAVE TO USE CASH I've since shredded the cards and will NEVER return BTW inability to tender valid gift cards IS THEFT

Just got home .08 miles from my house and my food is cold in the middle and my fries are old and chewy. My burger doesn't even look cooked. The drive thru speaker was barely working so we thought she was telling us that they didn't have anymore Philly steak sauce so just ordered without the sauce in a meal. Get to the window and realize there's only 1 soda mine and when we ask about it she says I said we didn't have Philly cheesesteak as if it's our fault their speaker doesn't work right. So disappointed. Especially when a Popeyes is right next to it and we chose Sonic : never again!

Well don’t order their slushies unless you want it with a side of MOLD

This was the worst Sonic experience i’ve had in my life. Our food took 25 minutes to come out, and it was pretty gross. Super dry and definitely burnt to a crisp. Really regret spending money here and genuinely wish I could get a refund because most of the food was not eatable. I feel bad because they seemed understaffed but it was a bad experience overall. There were people in the drive through turning around and leaving because of the wait. Would not recommend it.

If I could give this 0 stars…. I would. Honestly this place either needs to get more, friendly employees or close down. Every time I go, my food is wrong. I shouldn’t have to sit in the drive through for 30+ mins, after getting a stank attitude from the drive through employee, just to receive all the wrong food or drinks. Never coming here again.

Food was very good and seemed fresh but the drive thru line took very long. Like over 12 minutes from placing my order to actually getting my food. Staff was friendly, I would go back again.

So me and my husband had a bad experience with Sonic. So we did a mobile order for ice cream this was before 10 says on the app mobile orders stop at 1030 & closes at 11. So the order went through & still got charged show up they tell us they are closed really 45 mins before ?! They still charged me which I’m so angry about. They saying they will refund but I have a feeling they will not .. little kids running these places shouldn’t even be allowed & let them close when they want too. I’m sorry this lady that said that it was closed she was rude & young. I BETTER GET MY MONEY BACK!
