Customer service is horrible at this location. I saw this manager sitting on the front counter, stuffing her face, smh.
I don't want to give any stars. Fast food places paying people $15 an hour and you can't get an order right. Order $29 worth of food and half the order is wrong. No hash browns with your meal, no sausage on your sausage egg and cheese even though the wrapper states sausage, egg and cheese. My husband wanted to take it all back but he was so mad because this isn't the first time. I made him stay home because I was worried he'd get arrested. GET YOU STUFF TOGETHER!!!!!!
If the dining room opens at 6am the dining room should be open at 6am, there’s no why when i get here at 7am ONLY THE DRIVE THRU OPEN. That’s unacceptable! The General manager or whoever the manager at the time should’ve figured out a way to have that dining room open weather the manager had to run it themselves or not…COME ON NOW
They are pretty much always super kind here at this McDonald's. Just make sure to check your fruits to make sure they are filled up all the way and everything should be fine!Food: 4/5
Just no...breakfast is the only thing that I would recommend. I had a quarter pounder with cheese meal. My patty was over salted and the fries weren't fresh. McDonald's just ain't giving for what you pay. Honestly I could go to Applebee's, Bubba's, etc and get better quality for the same price or close to it.Food: 2/5
Twas a challenging experience. Not only was the employee at the pay window immediately after I ordered, when I pulled up to the next I I asked if I payed. Told them there was no one there, I was instructed to pull around Again to pay. He had already given me one of my drinks showing that my order was on the screen. Why could my order not be rung up right there? The manager agreed as if I had to repull around. I told him just charge me for the drink I just received. and gave him cash and left.
MCdonald's food is well, McDonald's. I can't say it's a massive culinary experience, even though I do like their fries. This particular McDonald's however, has some of the BEST customer service. These workers go out of their way to be kind and make sure that everything the customer needs is taken care of. Whoever the manager of this store is should be proud of how wonderful and kind their employees are!
Ordered a sausage biscuit with egg and I got a sausage egg and cheese muffin. I hate cheese on my breakfast sandwich. Thanks for ruining another breakfast, McDonald’s!

Really surprised at some of the reviews, makes me want to think twice about going there now lol, by all jokes aside I go to this McDonald's all the time and I have never had one problem, the people who work to drive through window or friendly, the only thing I really don't care for is the drive-thru setup, other than that my food has always been on point
