Ordered a #7 with no cheese as I can’t have cheese lactose intolerant and was given a wrapped burger with the no cheese label on it…. there was still cheese on the burger, couldn’t eat it. My boyfriend got two McChickens and one of them had no topping on it, just buns and a slab of chicken. Definitely won’t go back!! We have tried to be optimistic about this location as my boyfriend and I both know how rough it is in food service at the moment… but don’t give me my food with an attitude if the order isn’t even correct!!

Go and get it while they last! It’s back— the McRib. Yea, I know the total composite may not be as healthy — but the tasty bite of sauce, bun and simulated pork sure taste good —- hmmm good!Recommended dishesFrench Fries, Sausage Biscuit with Egg, Chicken Mcnuggets

This place is a straight shitshow. Drive the few extra miles and go to the McDonalds on 22nd. We ordered basic meals and had to pull up to wait on items- no problem. When the gal running the food out asked if this was my order because I have amazing vision and can see through brown paper bags I read it off to her and she just shrugged and handed us 2 bags of random food. We checked it and we had extra burgers, an extra happy meal and were missing a whole chicken nugget meal. My husband went in to get the complete order and could tell they were struggling. We got home and the quarter pounder was totally raw. Thank goodness we had a few extra burgers that sufficed but, seriously. This McDonalds is always like this- save your self some time and likely food poisoning and go to the 22nd one. It is FAR superior.

Service is absolutely terrible, every time I come here I’m in line JUST TO PAY for 20 mins then put into a spot for a simple breakfast burrito and hasbrown unless you want to sit in line for half of your morning or afternoon I suggest not coming to this location

2 drive up lanes, we were in 2nd lane. Asked us to wait which was fine. We waited. Gal took order from car in 1st lane. Next thing we knew 3 other cars in first lane got their order taken before us. We asked what is going on with people coming after us getting their orders in before us? We were in line 15 minutes before we got our food. Needs some organization.

Horrible customer service. I got a chicken McNuggets 10 piece meal and I was given the fries and no chicken nuggets. I went up to ask them about it and gave me Attitude saying they were sitting right on the cash register. Then I go to eat them they were raw. The pop machines cam out clear and stuff floating around in the drink. Do not recommend. WALK THE OTHER WAY!

Go to fleur mcdonalds at least twice a week since live near. Never fails on my families order something is missing or not made to order. They need a window checker to make sure everything paid for is in bag. I call on some orders to get something in return. FYI never lose your receipt or no refund at all.

The French Fry's were cold as usual no different than all the other McDonalds. The cashier was rude and very unprofessional they tried to give us a drink we did not order and insisted on us taking that drink and pain for it and going around to drive through again to reorder the drinks we ordered in the first place it took the management to come over and told her to give us our drink she did we left and I will never go back to this place again because of the help and the way we were treated

Well they did get the order out eventually. Took them a good 30min to get a two cheeseburger meal with medium drink and fries out. I wouldn't go back unless I had some time to kill.

The fries were cold and it tasted like the oil was old. Also they didn't give us enough straws and my daughter only got one set of fries. So they did not ask me what size I wanted.Food: 1/5
