McDonald's

I get this is fast food, but we waited for our food for a significant amount of time, only to have our fries burnt and my sandwich a mess...thankfully my kids are not super picky and they only wanted the nuggets. Normally this is our go to location.<b>Food</b>: 1/5

Me and my husband stopped at this McDonald’s to get something quick for our hungry one year old to eat. We ordered a regular deluxe crispy chicken sandwich meal and a spicy one. After waiting a half hour for our food, they gave us two spicy sandwiches that we couldn’t even give our baby because they were way too spicy for her.

There was a small mix up with our order and Austin went above and beyond to help fix the problem! Austin is seriously one of the best managers I have ever seen. He is very dedicated to his job, and sincerely cares about the customers that come to his establishment. Austin deserves a raise!!!

Literally the worst McDonald's I've ever been to, and that's saying a lot. They open at 5, and i got there at 7:26 and left at 8:04. I was in the drive through, the second car in line. A man was sitting, looking at the menu for about 10 minutes and that was because no body came to ask for his order. After they finally got his order down, i went up to the window. It took around 15 minutes, no exaggerating, for the lady to ask for my order. This McDonald's was only open for an hour and a half and they were out of A LOT of things. I repeated my order 3 or 4 times until this lady finally got the menu down right, went up to the window, and after 20 minutes the car in front of us was still there. All in all, that should not have taken over 30 minutes.

Nice to see these reviews as that was my experience before I stopped going there. For awhile there in the mornings, my money was being taken by a kid who wanted to tell me about his Norse god lineage. Aside from the consistent poor food and service, I never enjoyed being scolded at the pickup window for not requesting ketchup when I ordered my meal ... nevermind the THREE times I tried that the ketchup was not placed in the bag

Service was good. A lot of people staying around doing nothing. A gentleman came in to order and he had to ask for a clerk. Tables were dirty. Even young teenage customers said tables were dirty. Maybe they could hire a shift manager that is older than 18. A lot of laziness going on Will not be going back.

Stopped at 2 PM. Took 15 minutes to get chicken nuggets and fries. The fries were cold, not even lukewarm. While we waited we watched 4 drive through customers come in with wrong orders and one drive through customer came in because she waited 15 minutes for a cookie.

McDonald's dine-in had changed a lot. The inside of the building is nice and cozy. There was barely anyone there and it made it an awesome study area!<b>Food</b>: 4/5

I would give less than a one if I could. Waited in line and drive through for almost 15 minutes, then waited another 15 minutes to get my iced coffee that I ordered. I used to work at the store when I was in high school and that would never have happened.

If I could leave no stars I would this location sucks the drive thru always has one lane closed and it takes 20 minutes to get up to the speaker. The workers are never friendly either. Ordered from the app and got there waited 25 minutes to get to the speaker only to be told I can’t get my food because breakfast was over. That’s the stupidest thing I have ever heard.
