I ordered a kid's meal since the normal portions are just too big. The food was warm and they were reasonably quick. My only complaint was that they specifically asked if I wanted my treat now or later; I said later but when I got back to work I realized that they didn't give me my coupon. I called and they no longer mail them out. The only solution they had was to drive back to get it. It was an inconvenience but maybe that is the point? Kid-friendliness: They have healthier kid options like applesauce.
There are better DQ locations in town I recommend the one on Kiwanis. Don’t go to this one on Minnesota! They are rude, racist I’m Native and they ALWAYS make me pull up to the space and wait longer than the cars behind me , and I suspect some of their employees are on drugs. To boot, the last time we came here, they gave us the wrong order. Find somewhere else for your DQ fix!
This was an okay experience. They messed up my order, but it was still good. I think the managers should probably be more hands-on as the shifts are running. But that the only thing I can see what would improve the experience. The inside is often a mess, so expect to clean your table if you’re going to eat inside.
Worst customer service ever! Ordered two combo through drive thu get home and it looked like the burgers went from refrigerator to the bun fries Also cold. Called and complained they took the order number and said to come back thru drive thu. Went through again and same thing however they said they can only give us the burgers not the fries! What kind of customer service and employees do they hire! Poor service will never go to the DQ on Minnesota. And I believe the owner is the person that said we could only have the burgers! Time for a new owner or stay away from that DQ!
My kids won free cones for reading in school. We choose this Dairy Queen because it was recommended by a friend. When we ordered the cones they acted like it was an inconvenience when we pulled up to the window as you can see in the pictures those are the cones we received when I asked if that's what a small cone truly looks like and if they had taken the classes that Dairy Queen employees are supposed to take as a former Dairy Queen employee myself quit taking classes on how to properly make a Dairy Queen cone the manager went back and said that is not a proper cone as you can see in another photo they're the manager went and made the all chocolate cone and he calls that the Dairy Queen cone I'm very disappointed in Dairy Queen and he was very rude and acted like it was an inconvenience for them to even have to make the cones.
Had great service through the drive thru. The food was piping hot and the chicken strips were great.
Got pulled to the side street, which is not on their property. Service is slow. The cashier was rude saying "you're order is too large so we need to pull you" I had two sandwiches and some blizzards.
Haven't had DQ in about 7+ years and decided to stop in on a Thursday night. Drive-thru was busy, so we went inside to eat. Menu was about what I expected and the prices were reasonable. The guy cashier made the experience 5-Stars. He was patient, answered all questions, well spoken and extremely polite. I would definitely recommend this location 100%.
The Manager is always polite and friendly! Our food was fresh and hot!!!Food: 5/5
I love the ice cream cake here! The burger set came out really quickly.
