DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION, it is the worst in the city. You’re lucky to not get food poisoning, if they even have what your ordered or get it right. You will wait forever and your order will still be wrong! However hungry you are better off waiting and eating elsewhere.

If you need a quick breakfast that is reasonably good, McDonald's will work. I usually get a Sausage Biscuit and an order of hash browns. Both are okay. They are usually pretty fast because there is normally no one in the drive-thru when I get there. They do have one employee who is cheerful but the others are grumpy and kind of rude.

This one of the oddest experiences at a McDonalds I have ever had. We went in for dinner and I assume the neighborhood is not great. Their bathrooms are kept locked, but they promptly buzzed me in. The bathroom was not real clean but also not terribly dirty either. We ordered through the mobile app and the food was prepared as ordered, but we selected table service the first time and it was not brought out and took us going up front to find out the hold up to find everything was ready. They seemed to be very short staffed and the person who seemed to be in charge was training another person. With what appeared to only be 4 people working. They were still friendly and courteous and provided decent service, but had loud and somewhat inappropriate music playing for a place with a kid in the store. I can't say overall that the experience was bad. It was already and met our needs and surprisingly for as short staffed as they seemed to be. The cook was a Mexican man and was really on top of things and did everything as ordered. The front desk was double checking him but he was doing a good job in my opinion and keeping up with everything for being the only person in the back.

Ordered a double cheese, the burger was cold, the cheese would not melt. Ask for extra onions, you could count the small amount on this burger. This is my first time at this McDonald's, the person at the drive-thru with red hair, very nice. Cost was 4.76 a waste of my money and time.Food: 1/5

Walked in the door no customers in line. Stood at the counter for almost five straight minutes while three employees stood in the back pretending not to see me. Never got waited on. But the remodeling looks great.

To be specific I ordered a Quarter Pounder Deluxe with Bacon, and I got a Quater Pounder with Bacon. I called and they said they would give me a free fry if I brought it back okay. I go back ask for fresh fries you know it's lunch time and I'm on my lunch break going back for a mistake not mine and they say okay and apologetic for the mistake. No extra fry and no fresh fries, I'm done! and it wasn't even my food just being nice to a pregnant hungry person at work at least they got the burger right.

Not that the bar for fast food service is high at all, but definitely the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. Food was not hot, didn’t taste good. Got attitude the entire order and as soon as she took our payment slammed the window shut, same thing when handed our food, I have to just laugh at how awful it was. Can’t believe this McDonald’s is still open

This is an updated review, gave this place a ROCKIN review the 1st time, but my experience this morning requires a REDO. 1st it took 4 minutes to be recognized at the order mic in the drive thru, I ordered a sausage MCGRIDDLE, I was even asked to repeat my order to the order taker, after another 5min getting to the window I handed my debit card to pay I was handed back my receipt and then a sweet tea which I didn't order, when asked about it the employee informed me I had ordered a 2 sausage burrito meal and that was what I was charged for, saying he misunderstood me... which was a LIE this is where the poor review comes in I could understand him mistaking sausage burrito for sausage MCGRIDDLE, BUT THEIRS NO FREAKING WAY A DRINK WAS MENTIONED, HOW DID HE KNOW I WANTED A SWEET TEA!!! no drink was ever mentioned during the order process, so he lies instead of owning up to his mistake instead of blaming it on miscommunication, he somehow got his orders out of sequence and charged me for and gave me the order of the person behind me, OWN UP TO YOUR MISTAKES, LIES GET YOU IN BIGGER TROUBLE, FOR ALL THIS CHANGING REVIEW TO 2 STARS OVERALL AND ZERO FOR SERVICE... DON'T GO HERE IF IN A HURRY AND MAKE SURE YOU LOOK AT YOUR RECEIPT AND CALL THEM OUT IF THEY GOT IT WRONG, BECAUSE THEY WON'T ADMIT THEY MADE A MISTAKE... GOD FORBID!!!! WON'T BE ROCKING THIS LOCATION ANYTIME SOON..???

Absolutely love the morning crew at this McDonald's night and day from the evening shift. They're always welcoming and definitely take the extra time to make sure that the order is correct. thank you guys again for always being part of my morning !Food: 5/5

Staff need retrained they don’t answer n drive thru and hope u drive off and u don’t wait until u out of fries before dropping more
