Please & Thank You

Nice local coffee house. Has a nice variety of drinks and food options. Very clean and friendly staff. The Everything Bagel sandwich was delicious. It is a great everything bagel. The coffee cake was sweet and flavorful. The latte was perfect.

This is mainly an expresso coffee shop. No pour overs so don’t expect an amazing cup of coffee. The expresso had a nice bite to it. They claim to have the best cookies in the city, but I didn’t try one. The ambiance is very pleasing and the chairs were very comfortable.

The Spanish latte was absolutely delicious. The shop was definitely well kept, and up to date. I'd have to say that the cookie, takes the cake. My goodness that cookie was fantastic. I'd even come back to Louisville just for that cookie :

Yummy but service was a bit crummy. Smiles don’t hurt the face, especially at a place called Please & Thank You. Maybe it’s in the name so the baristas don’t actually have to say it? Most importantly, the coffee condiments are too high for folks in wheel chairs to reach. Please improve handicap accessibility. Thank you!
