A clean big mc donalds with a child play area. I like it opens its doors earlier than others in area. The staff where fine no problems. Food was in good time. Has parking outside for customers and toilets but you need a code sadly. The drinks are refill which I like.
Love this playland but my little girls just too young to play; she big for her age but only 2. I gave 4 stars cuz I wish there was an area for young toddlers and infants, as well. Food always satisfies.
I mean its a McDonald's. But the playplace is pretty clean and recently renovated. My kids really enjoy this one and I like that's its one of the cleanest indoor playplaces in town.Food: 3/5
The burger seemed thrown together and the fries tasted old already...which is weird for an 11am time. The frappe was.good though. ^_^Food: 3/5
Pulled up and all the lights are on like the restaurant is open, even the drive-thru menu is up like normal, but the place is closed. Is this what we're spending resources on mcdonald's?
Went here to enjoy a flurry at the store and the lobby is closed.
Literally waiting on my order right now. We ordered their new on the menu - Land Air and Sea burger, and Crunchy Double. We were charged for three different burgers that’s shows it equals to the new burger hack. So we canceled the Land Air and Sea burger because it was 12 dollars for one Land Air and Sea Burger. So when we asked the worker how does it work. THEY DONT EVEN KNOW. so we then asked… is it just and idea not and actual burger they sell? They DONT EVEN KNOW. Who named these burger hacks? This is how we got the crunchy double pictured below. YOU LITERALLY HAVE TO PUT IT TOGETHER YOURSELF. It’s not even a burger they put together. I can’t! They need to train their staffs.
Let me set the scene: it's 11pm, you just got to your hotel from a 12hour plus day of traveling to Alaska. You are pleased to see quite a bit of food options near your hotel - one of many on the street. McDonald's is open, but dining is closed. You walk with your party through the drive through and are told on the intercom that they will not serve us because we are not in a vehicle. Why, McDonalds? What difference does that really make? Missed opportunity for your customers and consider the surrounding and location.
Drive through service has been good in my experience, however, two drive through lanes that merge isn't cool. It seems to cause more problems than solve.
Nice place, clean, good service. We had breakfasts here. They also gave a large playground for kids.Food: 5/5
