McDonald's

This is the prettiest McDonald's that I know of. I came here and parked in front and walked inside. I had no idea it would be this nice. I didn't have any issues. I ordered a kids hamburger happy meal for myself. While I waited a couple of minutes I walked around and took a couple of quick pictures. I had a great experience.Dine in: YesTakeout: Yes

Never in a million years would I imagine myself to be leaving a review for McDonald’s but THIS place is the nicest McDonald’s I have ever been to. I stopped in for a quick bite before an interview only to be completely impressed with the cleanliness and interior design. I legit contemplated applying there because the atmosphere is so welcoming and the staff was nice. Whoever owns this location is doing something right. I commend you!! Also, can we talk about the flowers on the table? Like wow

Seriously one of the nicest, cleanest McDonalds I've ever been too. They have pretty flowers on all their tables, and a play area. They are really quick with their orders!

If I could give a zero, I would. Third time we've been to this location, this time we decided to sit in for breakfast and let the kids play in the "play place". Again, customer service was rude and impatient. There was no one in line behind me and as I waited for the app to open the cashier kept telling me the total even though I shared I had a reward. I had to repeat my order 4 times because they couldn't understand I wanted a sausage mcmuffin no egg. After 2 min of the app not opening I decided to just pay the full price. The cashier gave me my order thinking it was complete, my drink was missing. Asked for it nicely and he says, "you didn't get it?" No, in the time I've been standing right in front of you I did not receive my drink. Then I go to sit down, and my hot cakes aren't in the bag. Go back again to ask them for it and I got the same response. I welcomed them to follow me back and check. I only order 5 things, not during a high customer flow time and this is the service I received. We won't be back

This is by far the the best McDonald's I have ever been to, and I have been to many many all over the world. The lobby is so clean and chic.Food: 4/5

Never open the hours posted. Today 4/18/22 4:10am I went through the drive through expecting to be able to order.. wrong even know the hours online and at the window all day 24 hours. Sign on and everything. No accountability

They need to improve their service, girl at the order window wasn’t apologetic or even explained what happened to my order just told me to go into the parking lot, but the lady who brought my order was sweet , the girl at the drive through needs customer service training

Sooooo sloooowwww. Have been coming here for a while since it’s so close to work and every time have witnessed someone get into a brawl in the drive through. Drive through has two entrances which I’ve used both but there’s always a “Karen” who wants to regulate who comes in from where. Yesterday no different. Some man version of Karen was yapping at a car behind him as he felt super entitled to enter the drive through first even though the other car was there first. But in everyone’s defense the drive through is super freaking awkward. Gonna start going to Farmer Bros instead. Parking: Drive through sucks

This has to be one of the most beautiful McDonald's in Las Vegas! Beautiful decor, fresh flowers at every table, lots of space, beautiful tables, super clean and great service! The play area for toddlers/kids is amazing. VERY IMPRESSED!!

I went inside restaurant to only get a drink. Even though the food on the menu appeared very enticing and scrumptious, I only got a tall soda. I only paid $1 + tax for tall soda, which tasted great and was refreshing. There were plenty of items on $1 menu and a variety of food with extremely reasonable prices. The soda machine was behind the counter, which in this era of COVID and flu, was very appreciated. The dining area was clean, airy, spacious, quiet and moderately occupied. Seating outside was available for diners as well. Although there was a line for drive-thru, the restaurant was not crowded. The service was immediate and sufficient. There were self-ordering stations inside. A really pleasant and enjoyable visit, as usual.
