I placed an order for curbside pick up and one of the employees came to mi saying the coffee machine was broken and he asked me if I want ice cream instead of coffee, I said no. My order was a big mocha frappe, french fries and a McFlurry. They never brought me the rest of my order. I went inside to ask about it and they told me that I was able to refund my order through the app. I told I wasn't able to since the order had already been processed and I've been given my receipt. The manager didn't understand and I was given attitude. He then asked if i wanted a refund through the register and so I did. Also let your workers know when they're cooking please do not chew gum. It looks nasty and you guys are spill saliva on it
Wasn't expecting much but the mcnuggets seems to have shrink so much since I last had them some time ago. The service relatively decent speed wise. And staff wasn't overly rude. At the price I paid for 20 pieces of mcnuggets I can get better fried chicken at other chains...
This McDonald's location is a joke. This most recent visit here was a total disaster. I did a mobile order through the McDonald's app. Got to the location and went inside to pick up the order. When we first got there we asked if our order had been received just to make sure this isn't the first time this has happened to us. They informed us that it had been received and they were working on it. 10 minutes go by and we ask again about our order. They are working on it. 25 minutes later, we talked to a manager and he said that they are still working on it. We then asked them to cancel our order and refund our money and we then received our order 30 seconds later... Try to avoid this McDonald's location if at all possible!!
Staff couldn't be any ruder. Placed an online to go order waited 15 minutes even though I placed the order 10 minutes before getting there. Then you got the rude stuff putting your drinks in front of you 3 by the way and just walks away and doesn't say anything to you. I had to Literally put my arm underneath the plexiglass On the employee side just to get a drink carrier. The drive thru isn't bad but the people on the inside including the manager definitely need to be changed out never felt more disrespected in my life as a customer
Horrible manager named Vincent!!! Doesn't know how to do his job and resolve any issues with customers. Female employee named Princess whose name the manager didn't even want to give, so not sure if this is even her real name needs more training! If a person ask for hot fries and all they ordered was a large fries all you need to do is apologize and get the customer a new one. Not say give me the fries back and then close the window in a customers face!!
Horrible experience. Second time I go to this location and they F up my order. Not hard. Big Mac no onions extra pickles. Why would anyone do it in reverse. Clearly I hate onions. I can’t even go back because it’s not even worth the gas money and time. Now I have to starve because I can’t eat it. Horrible experience and service. Hope this location gets shut down. And to whoever made my sandwich. Learn to read or go clean a restroom.
Food was good got a free big Mac off the app .the cashier was very helpful she put my order in so I didn't have to touch that kiosk .I really don't like to have to touch a dirty kiosk when I'm at a fast food restaurant I think they shouldn't have them and should leave it up to the employees to take my order .Food: 5/5
The worst drive through ever person was taking orders today around 6:15am had the worst actitud didnt wanted to take our order and kept complaining by saying OMG to this girl all I can say is if you dont like your job go to school if you are working in providing a service learn how to serve. Thank God there are a lot of McDonald's. Ended leaving with out food.
After i ordered the first time the guy said what? so ... I asked again in a every loud voice for 1 creamer and 5 sugar you know what i got 5 creamers for the smallest coffee they have i would not be surprised of this place is play with people's food dont go here bad service
They have horrible employees in the morning!! At 6 in the morning. We were ordering and this girl had a horrible attitude! I do not recommend eating here. we told her to cancel the order, I didn’t want her to spit in my food.
