There was practically no wait and the young lady that helped us was nice. There was attention to detail when putting the sandwich together. Ingredients and bread seemed fresh for the most part. The best part was the fresh baked cookies were fully stocked that Sunday afternoon I also appreciated the seating options inside the restaurant. Me and my kids were able to eat our food comfortably on one of the booths.
Well.. Allen if that’s his name has zero customer service skills. I had trouble w the app and he couldn’t help me. Says it’s out of his hands. I asked him his name and I asked if he was a manager and he said no and I said OK I’m calling corporate tomorrow as I started to turn the walk away he tells me and “don’t come back” wait.. what?? These little kids these days. It’s sad business's are stuck hiring little kids with zero customer service skills! Sorry Allen doubt you’ll ever own your own subway with those skills.,
Some other customer gave us a coupon that wasn't expired yet. Got a good deal. Subway worker was a little slow but end result is satisfactory. Might be a new job for him.
Worst Subway ever two people in here and no one in line and I’m waiting 20 mins for a sandwich smh Luis and Ivonne
Ordered 2 footlongs on the app and when I got there they had 2 6-inch subs. So instead of the convenience of just walking in and getting what I paid for, I had to wait while they made new sandwiches and was late for the next place I had to be. Also, there’s no bathroom for customers at this location. Overall, not good.
Only Spanish speaking staff so can't understand english well at all when giving your order. Also comes on screen first about a tip. I won't be back.
Place my order on the app got there about 5 minutes before it was to be ready, went in notified them that we were there they said they were working on it.Then 15 minutes after it was supposed to be ready, they helped five other people come through with fresh subs people leaving with their food went to them and ask them where our food was they had set it on the back shelf told them we've been in there for 15 minutes we would like fresh subs if we wanted old subs we would have gotten them from Walmart they refused to make them fresh we asked for our money back along with the attitude we got so we canceled the order and left now I have to wait 5 days for the money to be put back on my card will never return to this Subway ever! But I would advise if anybody wants an actual fresh sandwich it's best to go inside and get your sandwich don't order it from the app because these people don't care.
the service and food were excellent, but the tables and floor were dirty. Idea have sanitized wipes so the customers can wipe the tables and chairs. I would not mine to clean after me self.
I haven't eaten at Subway in a long time and after going by to satisfy a craving I was reminded why. The sandwiches were okay at best but there was very little ingredients on it. Service was good but I don't think I'll be back again for quite a while.
Staff is unmotivated. The prep station is messy and I can see why this location received a B Health rating. Just a heads up, the batch where they make their cookies May be on the moldy side. I order two cookies and each cookies tasted like wet dirt! Ruin my appetite.
