Mobile order #1676 my co worker ordered today was absolutely disgusting. Cooked some kinda paper into our burger and he ate it. Now they won't answer their phones to discuss the matter. Can't believe this made it through the entire line from cooking to dressing the quarter pounder to wrapping it.
Cold food, the fries where half empty and we asked for four meals and all the same... We had to heat up all the food and the fries where old.... The guy in the drive thru was so depresseing wouldn't even talk bad faces... This McDonald's was my place to go to buy not anymore... Food: 1/5
Wish I could give zero stars. Ordered a cheeseburger with no pickle no mustard and apparently that was just too hard for them. I noticed the receipt didn’t reflect that they needed to be left off at the second window and a woman told me to park so I did. No one came out for about 10 minutes so I went inside and explained what happened. They said it comes with everything and that was their answer. As if nothing could be done. Pretty incompetent staff at this location. I work in the area so it was convenient to stop in but I’ll never be back. They thought my frustration was amusing as I walked out. Didn’t get the food I ordered or my money back.
Had a horrible experience with the drive thru person. She was so rude. Couldn't even make a pause between ordering because she would sit there and say "what else, what else" 5+ times. Making it impossible to keep on ordering. So much attitude for a barely 2 min interaction. Do better, Shannon.
I ordered 10 piece chicken nuggets on 11/26/22 at around 740 pm They gave me 18 pieces, the black guy very friendly and professional, he deserve a raise And i just want to say thank youi!!!
This specific McDonald’s on state Line in Kansas is literally the WORSE one . I do not like this McDonald’s. They are terrible . Food is never fresh when I go to lunch at 10:30pm . They always give people warmed up or left over food and never answer the phone . And when you go through the line , the lady is always saying . Can you hold one moment please ?, why ? So y’all can microwave somebody food
My orders are always accurate. Most times their lines aren't too long, like majority of McDonald's locations always seem to be now. Parking: There's plenty of parking, on 3 different sides of the building but nearly none with shade.
Who else got food poisoning after eating here the night of 23 Oct 22? This was the last McDonalds in the area I could rely on but now they're playing games like the rest. They ignored the drive through until the line wrapped around the building. I was incredibly polite despite the delays but received straight attitude in response from the cashier, the woman who gave me my food was awesome. When I sat down at home to eat, my burgers were smeared on the outside of the bun with catsup, the chicken nuggets were dumped into the bottom of the bag, and now I'm chugging Pepto. I am done with the entire McDonalds franchise.
My burgers are never made right when I come here. My coffee is never made right when I come here. This place needs to train their employees better and maybe even get better management.
Never had an order wrong. Very new building maybe 2 years old. Line not long ever probably based on locationFood: 5/5
