KFC

This is one of the worst dinners I have gotten at this KFC. Ordered extra crispy and got regular. The chicken tasted like the oil has not been changed out in awhile. The biscuits were not even cooked all the way they were like dough. This use to be a good one to go to but not anymore. Make sure you check your order before you leave the place! Customer service is just as bad as the food. Wish they would fix it.

When I tried to place my order the person was talking over me and said he'll give me my total at the window which was cool I didn't mind but when they gave me my order it was wrong and said that what was on his screen I get home my chicken was all wings which was supposed to be white and dark mixed and my biscuits aren't even edible I will drive out of my way to go somewhere else next time if there is one.

I'll rate it higher if they EVER are open. Either it's "black out time" and only accept cash, their system is down which happens quite often apparently, or they are out of beef so they can't take orders- Even though I'm pretty sure their menu items don't all have beef.. it's impossible to ever get food here. Might as well go to a different city at this point.

DOUBLE CHECK!!! DOUBLE CHECK!!! DOUBLE CHECK!!! Absolutely not worth it!!!! I ordered online because I was going foIT lunch....SO I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE QUICKER....IT WAS DEFINITELY NOT. They didn't mess up my order ONCE or TWICE BUT 3 different times. 1st they gave me the wrong sandwich , then 2 orders of biscuits instead of the breast that I ordered and then when I went back for the breast the 3rd time they didn't give me a breast they gave me a thigh. And proceeded to tell me they couldn't do anything about it because it was an online order I wish I could give them 0 stars. Absolutely horrible customer service would not recommend to anyone ever!!!!!!!!

Horrible service. Waited a total of 43 min in line and I was the 3rd car. Get home and the order was wrong...As Usual!! Tired of always something wrong at this place. You can NEVER go to this certain kfc and get what you order or get it warm or ever in a timely fashion. Staffwhat there is of one is always rude and short with answers. Slow as hell. Very unhappy and previous problems were the last time not saying anything. I want correct food that was ordered,warm,in a timely fashion and not with a freakin Attitude!

This particular KFC is so hit or miss. Unfortunately my last visit has been pretty bad. My chicken was over fried the first time i've ever experienced this at a KFC. The Mac & Cheese had a chunk of something brown in it, i didn't eat it. Overall this kfc is more miss than hit!

Never again. I should know better. Hopefully the picture will post with this review. It is a picture of a tiny, broken chicken drumstick and a tiny chicken wing from the 8 pc family meal. Tiny pieces of greasy, cooked to death chicken Sadly it was $24.54 wasted.

Worst experience ever! Now I know why you can't get out of the drive thru! 45 minutes to wait for tacos and strips! Absolutely ridiculous!!! Ordered double fries in place of the Mac n cheese for the bucket for 1. The guy had me go thru the bag and get it out in order to get my fries! They were more worried about getting the food in the dining room first! Well not be back and will let everyone know!

Omgoodness, the drive thru order taker was: I really cannot describe, rude, smart mouth and inconsiderate, ask for her name she said none of my business. Then I stated this is some customer service, there were 2-other employees there, said she has had a day, really we all have them days that should not be taken out on the customer. The other lady was really helpful and nice and thank you. Probably will not be goin back to KFC anytime soon. Also, the pot pie was good though.

I'd give zero stars if I could worse serive ever here people can't speak English to even take my order I stood there for 15 minutes before I even gotten help when I did she couldn't ring up two bowl one mac cheese bowl one mash bowl I finally left because she couldn't get it correct
