Im honestly fed up with this location, every time we order from here something is always missing or our order is wrong. Today was different I asked for a strawberry watermelon slush but upon us receiving our order she handed me this orange slush with some black spec’s in it . please handle this accordingly with day shift on this location because even after us telling her about she told us she didn’t know .
They put onions on a sandwich and didn't give us our sauce for nuggets and paid for a large fry they filled it up like a medium. So done with McDonald's if you live in wyandotte you never get what you pay for. This is like the 10 time I have paid for food from them and never get my orders right I'm done with McDonald's.
One of many locations that I’ll never want to visit again not enough space to dine in have to wait for open seats.
Well From my Experience Today, I asked for a Coffee mixed with other Flavors of Creamers and Syrups/sauces that I didn't know they Had and they Mixed my Sugar for me. Dude, the Coffee was absolutely TERRIFIC. Hell it was even extra Hot Like I like it and It is Very Winter Cold Currently in BOTH the Kansas City, Missouri and Kansas City, Kansas Areas. By far, there was Great Customer Service and I Highly Recommend anyone to go and enjoy your meal and Beverage.
I went in one day and a little chaos but the employees I dealt with were nice. The man at the drive thru in the day was handing a customer her fries with his hands on top of them, after she seen that she didn't want them so she gave them back and drove off. After that I asked why he didn't have any gloves on handing people food with his bare hands through the window, I was told that he also eats out of people's bags before he gives them their food through the window. I went to go get some food today, and they still had him at the drive-thru window but, someone else has fixed my food and placed my order on the counter and he just handed it which was better but, they still shouldn't have him at the drive-thru window.
I got a bad iced coffee at another location and stopped by to see if this Mc Donald’s could replace it. They aren’t in the same franchise but the GM, Rosa was more than happy to get me taken care of! Great customer service! Thanks again!
You wouldn't expect it in downtown KCK, but this is literally the best McDonald's I visit. Customer service on point, quick, and accurate. Always fresh hit fries to boot!
Lady taking orders in the drive through was inpatient and rude. No other cars in the drive threw. Ordered 3 fries, nuggets, and a coke. Got home and no fries in the bag. After reading the reviews I see why they had no customers.
They were slow in getting us our order but they were a friendly staff. Pretty consistent no matter which location you stop at.
The place was well kept and the cashiers were very quick to help when I had a problem at the kiosk and my food came quickly and was very freshFood: 5/5
