Sonic Drive-In

Quality of food was good. Hot and fresh and quick. But I ordered a #3 super sonic bacon double cheeseburger. They brought me a single patty with no bacon. Asked for them to remake it and I got a 2 patties but no bacon. I just gave up after that.

They messed up my drink order and then told me I did not order what I said I ordered. Which was a rte 44 vanilla dr pepper ex vanilla. They brought me a large and charged me full price for a cup of water. They were very rude and not at all helpful in fixing the mistakes.

Do not go to this place at night. 3 times and always get the orders messed up. If the employees would stop playing and pay attention to the customer.

Horrible place. Waited over 35mins for some slushes for my kids and had to keep telling them what we ordered. Ended up leaving without the drinks.

Whole Staff just talking to eachother and playing around while the store was wrapped. Granted I came through around 11 so it was almost closing time. I work in fast food myself and honestly I get it. But when it takes 40+ minutes to get through the drive through that’s a problem. I’ve worked at sonic. It shouldn’t take that long.

This sonic always does something wrong with your order. Some of the employees have bad attitude if you complain about your order. Definitely one of the worst sonics.
