I got charged $17 for a meal that always costs $11 no questions asked. I will never be eating at this McDonald’s again and I travel through this airport every week. Train your employees correctly on how to ring up a triple cheeseburger meal available at every McDonald’s this is pathetic. These people want more money-to ring stuff up incorrectly-then the Hispanic guy picked the monitor up and turned it around to tell me a triple cheeseburger meal doesn’t exist-imagine that. Also, my burger was disgusting haha it has black dots that tasted burnt all over it. I don’t think the employees care at all here they need an overhaul, fire everyone.

I was almost irritated because they only half-filled the large fry order I placed until I tasted them. Literally the worst food I've had in years! The burger was inedible mush and the fry's were close behind. Had to trash the whole thing.
If you want rude customer service and a manager who won’t even come to the counter to talk about your concerns, this is the place for you. Screwed up our order and won’t do anything about it, overcharged us and didn’t even get the right items. Absolutely unacceptable. I recommend you don’t come to this location although what choice will you really have in an airport. Manager on duty the morning of 10/31, awful.
6 chicken strips $5.99 small french fries $1.99 The fries where ice cold and the chicken grease tasted a little burnt. It looks better then it tastes.
"Hi, can I please have a muffin with egg only" "So you want a muffin with no bacon and no cheese?" "Just muffin and egg please" "You don't want cheese?" "No cheese please" "$3.14" "There you go" "No wait, it's $2.09, you said no cheese right?" "No cheese" .... .... "Number 139" "That's me" What did I get a mcgridle covered with that nasty "cheese". I left it there and proceeded to board my flight.
Price gouging at this location with $10 meals and no ala-carte menu. Most of the menu was sold out at dinner time.
Nothing to share. We arrived a few minutes before closing and they argued they were "closing" with us and then declared at 21:00 that they were "closed" and they were not going to serve us. I would give ZERO stars but it wouldn't allow me to do that. McDonalds will NEVER see anymore of my business wherever in the world I am.
I walked by this place in the airport. Smelled like hydrogenated vegetable oil, sawdust disguised as meat and sugar laced chemicial water. Is there a statistically significant relationship with the GDP of a country and the amount of $ spent on healthcare where there are more fast food restaurants?
