McDonald's

Probably doesn't matter, because it's Mcdonalds chain, and why would they close any location, anywhere, ever. But just waited 10 minutes in a 3 car line for a Big Mac with no burger inside. Don't even care if I get money back or comped a burger, but this is ridiculous for a 65 year old burger chain. I almost pulled out of line waiting to order my food, but was craving a BigMac. Seriously regretting this decision for an $11 meal. But hey, the fries were hot.

Terrible! Ordered an oreo mcflurry, soda, and double quarter pounder with cheese on grubhub from this mcdonalds. When the food got here the oreo mcflurry wasn't there. Then when i took a bit of my sandwich it was completely RAW! So disgusting. Called the store multiple times and no one answered. Never eating at this McDonald's ever again.

This McDonald's location is well kept. The food is generally acceptable and quickly made. The staff are good at what they do and friendly, though they are usually very busy so don't have much time to chat or get to know you if that's what you're looking for. Not their fault. My only real company is their drive through and parking lot are so poorly located that the drive through car line spills out onto the main road frequently and I don't feel safe waiting in that line knowing I could be rear ended by someone going 45 mph.

I had such an amazing experience here! I ordered a southern chicken sandwich meal and a 6 piece nugget. After getting my food, I noticed the bag was heavier than expected. So I look inside and see 7 burgers. It was an honest mistake, the cashier thought I said “7” when I actually said “southern” hahaha! The manager, who’s name is Lorene, laughed so hard when I told her the story and asked me to come inside. First, the environment felt so cozy and peaceful! Everyone looked so happy to be working, even though it was close to 10pm. Lorene Issued me a refund for my inconvenience, gave me free food, and a bottle of water. I recently watched “The Founder”, a sad story of how McDonald’s came about and I felt very sad of the outcome of the McDonald’s brothers. But after speaking with Lorene, she empathized with me and cheered me up. I can honestly say that because of Lorene, my appreciation for McDonald’s has been restored. Thank you Lorene and McDonald’s for an experience I will never forget! -Gabriel

I ordered a double quarter pounder . Looks like someone already took a bite out of the bottom half . The top burger was raw. $ 16.00 for this meal with chicken nuggets . Ugh So gross

Ordered a crispy chicken sandwich. I received a sandwich with three thick slices of tomato and a reasonable amount of lettuce on a piece of chicken that was not overcooked. For fast food and the price paid, I give them 5 stars for this.Food: 5/5

I always come to this McDonald’s like literally always tn I came offered my chi ken fries and nuggets my mc chicken was burnt I didn’t realize till I opened it when I got home I called no Anwser don’t go in the night morning and lunch crew nice .

Not as close to the interstate exit as I would’ve like. There wasn’t a ton of runway off the Main Street. Had to make a uturn to get back in the direction we were going. Bathrooms were clean. Staff was friendly. Order was correct.

Curious how the night time cashier can take cash only and not print out a receipt when I asked for one but I'm also a dasher and she's able to print a receipt for the dash order. I specifically went back and ordered again in attempt to get a receipt to report the horrible service and was denied again. The cashier was rude and made an excuse that her system was down. How is the cash being tracked...? Makes no sense. And if you track the dasher order, you'll see the client only received nuggets... these burgers are mine and paid for. The phone number for the store in google and yelp is disconnected so how would one report the horrible and seemingly shady service received after hours?

They say it's open 24hrs, but I guess it's really up to the employees working that night whether they want to bother to keep selling food or not. At least shut off the lights so no one pulls in and wastes their time.
