Waited in line as restaurant is set to open 4AM. No one responded to the drive thru. As I pulled up to the first window I could clearly see a gentlemen on staff walking back and forth near dishes blatantly avoiding the fact that now at 4:36 and with two cars behind me no one is at the register to take my order.
Food was hot and fresh, frappe was very flavorful not icy. Cashier didn't know how to do add on/ upgrade to a meal therefore manager had her itemize my purchase which increased the cost dramatically.... Kid-friendliness: Reasonable cost meals... just learned the juice box is an upgrade
One of the best Mc Donalds in the city of Detroit. Food is always hot and fresh. My order never get messed up. And Staff are always professional. The company need to give "THIS LOCATION ONLY" A RAISE BECAUSE THEY ACTUALLY DO THEIR JOB. I stopped eating Mc. Donalds a long time ago because of the nasty environment , food, and attitude. This the only location I'll go to. Oh and ice cream machine never down
Hands down one of the best locations within the city limits. I've been to this location a handful of times over the past 8 years and they always treat me nice and serve hot fresh food. The drive thru for breakfast today was fast and efficient. My food was really good. The young man cashier and young woman who handed me my food made the experience even more memorable with their politeness. Keep up the good work!
Ordered 6pcs a happy meal curbside, waited 30 minutes never came. I go in, all that was ready was the drink that had been sitting so long the ic melted. Asked for a large Fry for my wait was told no.Food: 2/5
This location loves serving COLD FOOD….. the food is never hot. They had a long line and my 2 burgers and my fries were not fresh. I’m done going here
I just left this establishment and I was very upset. I was ordering for quite a few people and the person that took my order laughed at my order. I asked was this a problem and he said "Naw, I got you" and proceeded to put my order in wrong. Then someone else came on the speaker and laughed. I left. I have placed this order at other MCDs and it was perfectly fine and fresh...but this one? If I could give them 0 stars I would. Horrible professionalism and conduct.
Food was cold after a few minutes of waiting with that awful woman! She was so rude to us and acted like she was on top of the world. Hire better people. 2/5 Parking: Very clear alot of parking we love that you can park and eat your food and go <3 Wheelchair accessibility: The McDonald's didn't have any stairs leading up to their shop so a person in a wheelchair can easily get up and go there we stan the thinking about everyone!
