Ask for everything to be fresh wasn’t fresh it w as refried the meat had a spoiled smell no salt tired to call and call no answer very disappointed no sauce in the bag nothing… my husband had a Mc chicken now he throwing up and got the runs I told him it’s probably food poisoning spoiled A&& meat
I usually don't have anything bad to say about this particular Mickey D's. But I stopped by this morning to get some breakfast and I ordered a steak,egg and cheese bagel and a hash brown. I normally check my bag before leaving,but I had NO egg on the sandwich & there was a piece of plastic on the sandwich. I called to speak with a manager a few times and of course NO ONE answered the phone.
If I could give minus 0 I would. Only 2 times have I visited this location and both times the young female taking orders don’t know customer service mannerism. Someone with more adult needs to be taking simple orders which teens and 20 years old can’t do often. She mumbling in mic she bout to say something smart. Yea not making my order I pulled off. Never will again visit your location. Staff too young n rude. Don’t want food from the establishment.
The worst experience in drive thru for breakfast on way to catch a flight. December 22, 2022.The incompetent cashier wasn't focused on our order she asked me to repeat self and others in my vehicle shouted order to her. She couldn't comprehend! She got order wrong and still left items off. The ignorant manager with the flower in hair was not any better. My complaints and displeasure a she told me to do was come back inside or go back around the long drive thru line. No resolution, nothing! I run a company and customer satisfaction is important. The cashier and manager failed.
The staff at this location is ignorant and acts like they don't want to work in the mornings. The big fat manager with the fake hair piled up on her head is very sarcastic and not concerned with correcting wrong orders. I was told Oh you can come inside to make corrections The lines were very long!!!!!!!!I was missing 2 sausage biscuits, napkins, and condiments
Understaffed and cannot keep up with orders. Regularly runs out of what you ordered and forces you to take a substitution because you can’t get a refund. Staff seemed nice, but they need more help because the service here is horrible.
Poor unorganized service and the morning manager is lazy!! They can never get the order correct. they will tell you to drive back around to get back into the long lines we just waited 20 minutes instead of fixing issues at the pickup window.
I would personally give this place 0 stars if I could, horrible service, horrible food. Made me wait 22 minutes in a drive thru line, 10 of which were at the speaker all to tell me that they aren’t serving breakfast anymore and had the nerve to get smart with me too. It's obvious they made me wait 10 minutes at the speaker not because they needed to prepare anything but so they could change the menu and not have to serve me breakfast. Will never return.
Made a mobile curbside order. Waited 15-20 mins. Had I went through drive thru it would’ve been much faster. Employees waited until drive thru was completely empty before handing me my order. Never coming to this location again
i’ve literally have been waiting on my order since 620 it is now 824 my uber eats driver has been sitting at the location patiently waiting, THEY USUALLY ALWAYS NEVER GET THHE ORDER CORRECT AND THEY NEVER SWND NAPKINS THIS WILL BE MY LAST UBER EATS ORDER FROM THERE!” A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY FOR COLD INCORRECTLY PREPARED FOOD!
