Ordered a caramel frappe , didn’t even get the caramel drizzle on top, along with a mocha frappe that they couldn’t put the lid on all the way and spilled once i took it out of the plastic cup, ordered 4 sausage egg mc muffins that weren’t even warm. Ridiculous. Spent about 30 dollars for what ?

This location has by far one of the worst staff and management. I placed a curbside order and waited 20 mins before going inside and seeing where my order was. Please keep in mind that I’m a very patient individual and understand the lunch rush. When I spoke to the cashier, she pretended to not know what my order was even after showing her my McDonald’s app order. She talks to their staff and a lady who I assume is the manager brings my order and says oh we gave your order to the wrong customer. I don’t expect anything in return but the least you can do is let me know earlier that a mistake was made and apologize that the order may take longer than expected. I now have my food with 5 minutes left on my lunch break. This place seems to lack accountability.

We came today and tried ordering - they asked if we were using our rewards and we said no. We waited to place our order and waited - asked many times if anyone was there and decided to leave after waiting 5 minutes which doesn’t seem long but it actually is when waiting to place an order- very disappointed- if they were closing they could’ve just said something. But closing on us with no notice is very unprofessional.

The fries were stale and cold. I asked for no onions on the burger, the receipt said no onions as well as the box ticket. My burger has extra onions on it.Food: 3/5

I've been to several McDonald's and I order the same thing. This one had the best sausage egg McMuffin whatever they call it ‍ It also had the best oatmeal raisin cookie!! ‍‍

First they got my order wrong then I don't live far and food was cold. Then I went back to get my order right and nope they messed it up againFood: 1/5

My spicy chicken burger wasn't cooked all the way. The chicken was still hard to chew. Also my husband asked for big Mac sauce on his mcdouble burgers and they didn't add none. Called their place 6 times and no answer around 9pm.

Lately, my kids have been wanting chicken nugget happy meals with ranch. The employee asks what sauce we want, lists it on the receipt, we get home & guess what? There's never any ranch. Once or twice is understandable, but every single time? C'mon man... Once we paid for an extra ranch so that they could have two of them. Guess what? We only got one ranch. Moral of the story: if you want at least one ranch/sauce for your meal especially when it should come with one sauce choice you'll have to pay for an extra one so that they remember to put it in. Now I have to make sure I double check my kid's food before leaving the drive thru since I cant trust them apparently.

I had one of the best experiences in my life at this McDonald's! Since I myself worked for McDonald's. Gloria the crew member or crew trainer was the smile to my day she was polite and she made sure I saved with the deals.i will be back soon with my family
