Best Starbucks I've been to! Malina, Courtney, Ruth, and Brianna were amazing; best service ever! Was stuck on a work meeting for over an hour, never spent that much time at a SB. The ladies helped me perfect my order and explained the refill system, I never knew! I will make it a point to stop back in this location when in the area. Wish all SBs were this great.

i got two drinks and waited 15 minutes for one and had to remind them about my second drink so waited 20 minutes in total. The first one was extremely watered down and tasted very nasty and bitter. the second one was a frap and it wasn’t sweet at all and had no flavor.

Everyone is super friendly here. You definitely get the "Starbucks Experience." The only con to this location is that it is located right off the 60 freeway and so it gets super busy in the mornings. And still, the baristas stay super friendly. If you're stopping here before work in the morning, I recommend you order ahead via the app.

Ate my sandwich while I waited another 20 minutes for my coffee. On person on mobile and in store orders. No one seems to move with urgency.

I just want to give Starbucks a shout-out for being a very cool company and making things right. I stopped in to try the new Cloud macchiato Thomas Abbott in my cup holder and drove away. About five minutes later I look over and see only 60% of the cup filled with liquid and the rest has disappeared. All the foam appear to have evaporated and left an empty cup. I called to complain and right there, on the phone the Starbucks representative was very cool about everything and made it right by loading $7 on my Starbucks card. I had only spent 450 on a medium but he was very generous and almost doubled it. Thank you Starbucks!

Great customer service! Early commuters always receive a wholesome “drive safe okay? ” from the baristas. Line moves quickly and your drinks are ready upon arriving at the window.Takeout: Yes

took absolutely forever to make one drink when there were no other cars or people inside. employees were just talking and also rude when they interacted with me

I want to give this place one star for the simple fact that the one overseeing the early morning shift has not put any indicator that the automatic drive-through voice isn't functioning properly. My girlfriend and I were on our way to work and wanted some Starbucks but the automatic speaker on the drive-through told us it was closed when we saw carsined up already and were confused. We get stuck in the middle of the cars because cars pulled up behind us and wasted time and caused us our breakfast.
