Shady business practice, I’ve never felt cheated by a fast food chain but this location did it. Did a bait and switch on me without telling me they don’t have proper buns for my BBQ sandwich. DO NOT COME HERE!Food: 1/5
The food is hit or miss. If you visit during lunch hours, the food may be hot. The dinner hours will leave you disappointed as the fries are undercooked and taste as though they have been fried in sitting oil. The burgers also lack taste.Food: 2/5
Someone thought this would be funny for someone in the drive through to experience. They felt that since it’s drive through what are the chances of someone going back to complain. Returned to McDonald’s to express my waste of time and instead of a sincere apology laughter was the reaction and large fries . Such bad customer service where accountability seems to be lacking .
As a child my parents use to take me to Mc. Donald's. One of the fondest memories I have is when my father used to draw a happy face on my hash brown with ketchup. It's a happy memory that stuck with me my entire life. Today that was replaced with the extremely well done hash brown I received. The thing literally crumbled to pieces the instant I touched it of how burnt and hard it was. That childhood memory will never be the same. This deserves a sad face hash brown.
that's was tough - ordered through app and revived confirmation that order was being worked on, then received notification that food was being brought out, after 16 mins went inside to ask what the holdup was? who is in charge of brining out orders and the employee that was servicing dine in customers was supposed to but he was overwhelmed and didn't know how to respond other than I'm sorry only frustrating because drive through, dine in customers, and food deliver/uber patrons were being serviced in a timely manner - meanwhile I'm waiting over 20 mins for 3 happy meals you can figure how that went waiting in the parking lot ‍
One shift truly hates being there and are very rude then on the other hand you have a good crew and shift with positive attitude. Love red hair manager, amazing vibeFood: 3/5
Ordered drink at kiosk. It said to then take a number and have a seat. After 12 min, still no drink. Went to counter and they said it had been sitting here at the counter for a while. They said they don't take drinks to the table as if I should know that.Service: 1/5
I drove thru the drive thru at 10.p.m. packed with cars. Took 15-20 min. But got what I order.Food: 4/5
McDonald's is excellent and here top ranking for all categories the soft serve ice creams yum I put a hot churro in mine sometimes oh yum awesomeFood: 5/5
We enjoy Casa Jimenez. This was an early dinner before we headed out to the Brave Young Women's Conference at Calvary Chapel Monrovia.Dine in: Yes
