They repeated the order to and still missed a burger and gave me the wrong fries. Didn’t give me a receipt. Every time I go here something is always wrong. I worked in the fast food industry for a few years so speaking from experience I don’t know why them mess up all the time. Spending so much money on food they should be making sure the food in the bag is correct.

They’ve messed up my drive thru order several times already..
Been going to this one for years. The staff is always nice to me and haven't had any problems with orders. Kid-friendliness: They are kid friendly. Parking: Plenty of parking. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible
2nd time I've been to this location. 1stbtime it took about 20 min to get the order in the drive thru. 2nd time same thing and they forgot ingredients in the sandwich which I was charged for
Poppers, truffle fries and froot loops donuts, can't get better than this. Always great service here, food is always fresh and made to order.
Well, this carls jr has the best ever cheese burgers ive tasted and i could tell you the bomb... some placesthough the same branches differ it might be the one cooking it ... i guarantee this place has a good tasting cheeseburgers... i highly recommended...
They got my order right. It was easy to get in and out. Food was good although their fries aren't as good as many other fast food fries.
Had to pull up to the window because employee was unaware of the coupon specials. It really is an inconvenience to inform employees of the mailer specials. Especially with gas prices going up, eating at your location is a luxury, Seriously carls jr. You have to do a better job at informing your employees. Customer service was amazing! I can't complain about that, he went above and beyond
Rude service. I walked in at 9:50 ready to order some food & use the bathroom because I just had left 6flags. & before I even opened my mouth a boy yelled at me "the bathrooms are closed" I hadn't even said a word yet!!!!!! I used to work for Carls Jr when I was younger & I would always help someone even if it was close to closing times. You have to honor the hours posted!! They handled this very poorly.
