First time in this location with a friend. We ordered Spicy sriracha with fries and Jack's spicy chicken with seasoned curly fries. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. The service was fast and efficient.
When I opened all of my food, it looked as though the cooks at this location intentionally messed with every single thing I ordered. We couldn't even eat it.Food: 1/5
Rude!!! Terrible service especially at night staff makes alot of errors with orders and do nothing to right there wrongs. Direct reflection on Management and the lack of I should say Someone there is definitely not qualified or capable of managing that store correctly lost my business. Parking: No where to wait or park while you wait for your order that is not in the way of drive threw and constantly get honked at while waiting way to long for a order missing food.
Came at 4 25 am said it was closed till 430 then they took other orders ahead of mine. Staff seems uninterested in working. Young man with a bad attitude makes you feel unwelcome
I’d give this location 0 stars if I could. After arriving in the drive thru at 4:15am I waited for a few minutes at the menu before deciding to call. It was at this time a girl answered the phone and rudely informed me that they are closed from 4:00am to 4:30am before hanging up on me. No big deal, we decided to wait and get back in line. Well it turns out that now at 4:30am the staff has just decided to stop answering phone calls and also not answer their drive thru window. Don’t visit this location

All my tacos were soaked in oil like if they got dipped before putting them in the bag,the employee was eating and taking orders like its nothing,disgusting sad too say but this is the worst jack in the box,poor quality carelessness and needs alot of attention.

I was visiting Ontario as I was walking Supervisor Lorena greet me with a kindly smile and professional customer service, she came from the kitchen to ask me if I was satisfied with my order , I ordered taquitos very delicious restaurant very clean fast service and great customer service, thank you so much Lorena .
I went last night on my lunch break and ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit meal and a side order of pancakes I got the food got to work to discover I had no sausage in my biscuit hashbrown was missing and my mini pancakes weren't even warmed up...so I went back when I finally got to the window the guy not the one taking orders. But the cook rolled his eyes and opened the burgers look inside like and was making it up or something, I was very disappointed
