I got the deal Big Mac and 10 piece McNuggets,.. only received 9 McNuggets and it looks like my hamburger and manhandle is that how you serve the food? Ridiculous!!

My 2 McMuffins were burnt… How do you burn bread???

Ordered through the drive through and the cashier didn’t hear an item we had ordered. When we got to the window to pick up our food, we let them know the cashier didn’t put in the item. They were kind enough to give us the missing item free of cost.

I went to the drive thru yesterday at 530 in the morning and a young lady with her hair up and a tall chunky man attended to me they served me what was supposed to be hot coffee instead it was cold as ice and I let the woman know it was cold and she struggled making me a new warm coffee because the machine wasn't working. Instead she poured hot water from a jar and basically gave me hot water n sugar. Then when it came time yo order food I ordered 4 McMuffins and they were really cold and seemed like they were prepared hours ago. I didn't want to go back because I had to go into work at 6 but this isn't the first time this has happened. My coworkers have had the same issue at this place. The counter was absolutely disgusting, sugar and cream everywhere it was so unprofessional. Please don't support this business

24 hour seems to be cash only at all times of the night. Kind of like employees deter customers. Reason given is that card machine is not working. Kind of like ice cream machine. Not ideal at all.

I think it's extremely unfair how everytime I'm always shorted on my fries. The prices have increased, but yet you purposely short customers on their fries all the time. I went inside to let you all know I'm tired of paying full price for half of what I ordered and someone yelled for the manager and said, someone else about the fries again...so that mean you all are doing this all the time and on purpose. Give paying customers what they pay for or lower the prices. ..thos is a picture of what I got and I was not having it any more

The service I received was TERRIBLE! I placed my order using the mobile app curbside delivery. The app said the order should take ABOUT 5 minutes. After waiting about 18 minutes, my food hadn’t arrived. I had to go in to ask for my order. Then when I got it, my order was incorrect and my fries were stale. My order was 2 burgers, 1 fry and 2 drinks. It wasn’t a huge orderIt’s my opinion that if you can’t handle the service you offer, then remove it as an option.

I do Uber, and lyft, I like to get my coffee here ... manager, and staff give outstanding service, there was a long line at 1 am 03/22. I just want to recognize the hard work and excellent service at this locationTakeout: Yes

This is a popular location. If you go during common eating times there will be a line. They are efficient and do their best to keep the line moving. They can only so so much when difficult customers get in the line with you. I saw this happen. The staff remained professional. Kid-friendliness: Happy Meal!!!!!

People working late are very lazy when it comes to door dash they will not check if you wanted sauces and items will be missing. Not just a one time thing either it’s 100 percent of the time. I hope there is an excuse for it because how are you that consistently bad.
