Nice small location that is not to busy. Unfortunately this location does not have a drive thru but the service was still speedy. My drink came out good and clean.
I came here recently and I had an awesomeeee experience. I was met by this guy with a shaved head and he honestly made my day! He was super friendly, offered to fill up my gallon of water with ice, first time I was offered that, and welcomed me to stay as long as I needed to because my AC broke. We already know that as consumers, but just extending the invitation was super nice, I can't explain it. These guys will treat you right!
I’m complaining because I got burned forget the fact that barrista got my order wrong and was telling me they don’t have hot green tea… the cup was full to the tip and super Hot I got burned and spilled all over my car!
Great location at the corner with other businesses around. Great customer service "Chucky" took good care of us. My brother and I had a nice time of fellowship outside seating. Good place to hang out. This location is smaller than other SB. However it works for us.
No drive thru. Walk inn only. Staff of 5-6 women. Im 5 ppl behind the cashier. The lady in front orders and a unique special. Extra ice. Extra whip. And more. Well I asked for 2 venti caramel frappes. When bk to the car to wait nc of my line plus whats already been ordered. Well the lady gave .75$ tip and she was given her order quick. Seeing her exit, I assumed mines was ready but no. These ladies were not on a beat. Slow to refill lids. But we have plenty of drinks to mix and prepare. So order online just to pay and pick up. 1 star for being clean.
We are visiting and so make the journey here everyday when we visit, which is a lot. The order yesterday was wrong. Today Xmas day, they messed up our drink order again. I do appreciate staff working today and even tipped very graciously and then we got back to the hotel and the drinks were wrong. One was a blond drip coffee which is says on the cup and it’s instead some sort of chi latte. Not a tea fan and just wanted coffee. The other was supposed to be a peppermint white chocolate mocha and I even said it didn’t taste right at the window but didn’t want to hold up a long line. However when I got home and poured it out it was pure chocolate. I should have just had it remade and not worried about the line which is on me. But the other tea and no drip coffee is absurd. It’s just as busy today as any other day we come and So someone just isn’t paying attention or maybe they are new. I definitely regret the tip in advance. And today again, 3 in a row… they messed it up again. No eggs whites in the bag. Won’t refund me without me coming into the store.
One reason why I stopped at this Starbucks was to use the restroom an might I say I didn't expect it to be so dirty and there was no toilet paper nor seat covers.I purchased an ultra caramel frappuccino as well which was bomb.

I like to come here cuz this place is so close to where I work. But today, they literally didn’t do my order. They charged my card and then I waited for almost 15 minutes. And then I saw this guy after me who ordered like 4 coffee already got his. And then the lady after him who ordered 2 coffee got hers. So I had to come and ask them where’s mine? And apparently they couldn’t find the label so they started working on mine AFTER I ask. That was really not nice. Not only that, the girl that took my order was pretty rude. I said I wanted a hot peppermint mocha. And then she kept asking “you want latte?” Well I wouldn’t know that cuz it didn’t say “latte” in the menu and I’ve ordered peppermint mocha for many times. I never had to tell them if it’s a latte. Anw, what an unpleasant time :/
Waited 20 minutes for 1 hot drink. They prioritize more on Mobile orders verses walk ins. This is the 2nd time I wait long
