This is the cleanest and most professional McDonald’s in the City of New Orleans! The employees are very friendly and helpful and I got my food hot and ready in under 5 minutes. This is my now go-to location

I visited McDonald on Saturday, October 1, 2022 locate on 1918 N. Broad. I went inside to purchase three gift cards. The service was poor. A customer had made complain to manager about the service. The manager stated there weren't enough workers. The manager asked the employee to get the keys to get the gift cards She didn't stop to get the keys. She continue to prepare the food for the drive line. I was shocked. There were several customers who were waiting to place there order. I made the manager aware that service was poor. I left without receiving the gift cards. I gave received one star. I am so glad I didn't get in the drive thru line. It was very long. I would have very stressed and overwhelmed by the poor service. It seems like they are not in business to make money. I believe they need go back to training to learn about customer service. I am very disappointed

Long wait to order at drive thru. Once we were up, we were informed by employee at drive thru spkr that they "are only filling Door Dash and Uber Eats orders at this time". Poor service, rude, bad business practices, geniune disinterest in your food order. Glad we didn't get any food from this location - you might just want to skip these guys also. We will not be doing business here !

we pulled into the drive thru, and they took our order, which was just two drinks and nothing else. We pull up to pay, and we waited for 15 minutes for someone to take our card, all the while, workers are walking by the window and looking at us and not saying anything. We pull up to the next window hoping someone will help as at the next window and the same exact thing happened. This was at 3:00 on a sunday and they served the people in front of us. we just left and decided to find another one. Horrendous

We got in the drive thru before 10:30 I'd say about 10:20-25 wanting breakfast. No sooner than we get to order the cashier says breakfast is over???? We got lunch however 4 cars in drive thru turned around so that a LOSS of business right there! LAZYYYYYYYYYYY

I ORDER A LARGE COFFE, WHICH WAS COLD AND STALE. ORDER A OATMEAL AND THEY PUT CHEESE IN IT. WHY DO YOU GO TO WORK IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO WORK. PEOPLE DO NOT HAVE MONEY OR TIME TO BE WASTING ON THIS PLACE. ANOTHER THING THE WAIT TO IS HORRIBLE. DRIVE THRU IS SUPPOST TO BE FAST.

Had to go inside for curbside pickup. What’s the point then? Yelled at us from the window. What a horrible place. Used to be great. Not anymore. If you want fast food. Go anywhere outside New Orleans.

They never have fraps or even iced coffees and they’re constantly saying that their machines are broke! How is it possible that they use that as an excuse for iced coffee when it just requires flavor milk and coffee. They always say that they have hot coffee, well then, why not iced as well?

The lady that took my order was nice. The food was hot.Food: 5/5

I had 4 of the sausage burritos. They really made them all AND put them in a sack for me WITH SALSA!!!Food: 5/5
