McDonald's

I would give NEGATIVE stars if I could. Avoid this place at all costs! This is the WORST location, and unfortunately the only one within walking distance of my job. Thank GOD that Chick Fil A is opening up soon. Waitstaff is rude unless you're friends with the shift manager, otherwise you get ignored while they chat with their buddies. Finally get my mobile order looked at, and the guy who is doing drive thru and supposed to be doing drinks just chillin on his phone, getting belligerent with another worker when she told him he needs to be doing drinks for the orders. That is when you're actually able to place a mobile order, since sometimes when they don't feel like working, they'll turn it off so you get all the way down there and get a message that they're closed when dine-in and drive thru are clearly open. And they're NEVER busy, so no reason to turn off mobile ordering.

Customer service is pretty darn bad. But that kind of comes with a lot of fast food places that are not Chick-fil-A. But this one could be extremely bad from time to time. Just not very kind or courteous. Kind of rude when they talk to you. They pretty much never verify the order.Food: 4/5

Terrible. There’s plastic in the food! I know it’s McDonald’s and not the Cheesecake Factory, but come on. You guys should be able to tell the difference between onions and a sharp shard of plastic!

I rarely eat fast foods, but Mickey D’s has history with us all. Nothing is better than their French fries hot I’ll wait and the filet -o- fish sandwich undisputed by me. I was hungry that evening and had no plans of cooking, it’s 3 restaurants within 2 miles of my home! I also had an apple pie, a McDouble, and small fry for $6 .

Though Woodlawn is beautiful I was in fact appalled at my experience at this McDonald's. I had a craving for McNuggets so I decided to enter this fine facility. Abruptly my tune changed when I saw discarded rubbish upon the floor. I placed an order at the Kiosk and after ten minutes my number was called. Just before the frontal employee approached me with my bag and shoved it my way someone in the back said "this order is for a cracker." It made me feel really uncomfortable and I just wanted to get out of there because the employees were predominantly African American and I am Caucasian. However she had not given me my cup so I asked for it. She replied "yeah I know," slowly grabbed it and almost crushed it in front of me. I quickly filled my cup at the neglected soda fountain and was on my way. Today, 2 days later, turns out there was a card reader on on the Kiosk I used and my bank alerted me to fraudulent charges stemming from this machine.

This Mcdonalds location is worst managed location in Woodlawn area. Went today to pickup Doordash order and saw this one black order taker being extremely rude and hurling slurs to a poor Spanish worker who doesnot know proper English and was bagging food, there were other black and Spanish workers too but she was being rude to this particular girl saying stuff like which I heard from my ears this was good you would have been floored etc etc and mind you she was saying this infront of 3-5 customers waiting on their food. Luckily to the Girls deference the other Spanish manager working came to rescue and they were talking to each other in Spanish so This black girl started saying speak in English. Me being Pakistani guy myself didn’t wanted to interfere but felt extremely angry at this black girl for poorly treating this spainish worker. If for example this was black worker and some white or other race manager said here something this would have been big issue and would have accused him or her of racism. I didn’t wanted to waste my time because already Doordash is slow anyway so left but would be getting in touch with corporate about this black girls behavior because as worker herself she should be helping her and be gentle because everybody makes mistake

It's very dark around the restaurant at night. No lights at all. Not a safe feeling. So I have to go to a different location at night. Parking: Parking lot at night is scary no lights in Parking lot

I was so happy that this McDonald's actually had the "Steak egg and cheese Bagel"!Food: 4/5

Multiple signs state they're open 24 hours but they aren't. Google hours say they open at 4am but I went there and they told me they open 4-4:30am depending when they feel like it.

Came in and ordered a Mcflurry using the kiosk 2 young ladies was getting the orders for the customers once they got to my order they just stopped another young lady that was taking orders went over and got food for a customer that placed his order after me than she asked me what was I waiting for she made my Mcflurry and just placed it on the counter ,with no word,like sorry for the wait or thanks for being patient nothing ..please take a page from Chick-fil-A on customer service....
