Dunkin' Donuts

Good!! I wish this location wasn’t out of my way! I’ve been coming here since open an I’ve only had one issue with my drink made incorrectly. Line is never too long an they move pretty quick. I also appreciate they don’t have mobile pickup line, people don’t understand the concept and I’d rather not even be in a drive through with that added lane.

This is my usual Dunkin, usually the staff is courteous and respectful but today they didn’t feel the need to be. After being disrespected by Patel, I asked to speak to a manager to be told “there are no managers at this store”, so I asked when they be in next to be told flatly “no”. Just wondering is that how your staff is trained?

This is the best customer service of any Dunkin I've been to, and I've been to many. Even though sometimes lines are long, it goes fast because staff is so good. Not only do they keep it moving, they are so friendly, polite, and helpful in every way. They aren't perfect and have made a couple of mistakes, but I just look over it since overall it is such a pleasure doing business here.

I walked in for a cup of coffee, Mr. Patel took my order and while coughing and covering his mouth with his hand while wearing no mask or gloves, he proceeded to grab a cup and start pouring coffee, I told him that he shouldn’t be serving food or standing right in front of the donuts. I asked for a refund and skip on the virus cup of coffee.

I always come here and most of the time it’s in the evening. They ALWAYS run out of glazed donuts. I don’t know why they don’t have more so this doesn’t happen but the Dunkin a few mins up always has them.

Only dunkin I can order for 5 people and get out in about 5 minutes and not check the bag. Only wish they would mark each sandwich so you don't have to breath on people's foodFood: 5/5

This location is awesome! They know our orders when we don't pre-order on our phones. If we order for drive through and walk in, the drinks are ready to go! Always nicely decorated for the holiday/season. Very clean. You can tell they take pride in their location!

The service was the best thing here. The donuts were hard, the bagel minis were even harder.Food: 4/5
