Ordering on the app and waiting for pick up, the wait is too long. They can work faster and smarter. A lot of people gathered waiting for their orders. Also, once we moved from the area noticed an item was missing so then had to wait for that. Fries then get cold, etc. I asked for a new new hot fries and they did give them to us. But overall, service has to be faster and more efficient.
I had forgotten how bad McDonald's can be. This location is a good reminder. It amazes me how inefficient this location is. For $20 and a 15+ minute wait, I cannot think of a reason why people would not just go to a regular restaurant. If you want something easy and late at night, go to the halal cart guy instead.
I don’t do this but I was so disappointed and disgusted by the worker that work there. This guy was waiting on his order I’m guessing basing on his looks he was a Uber east bike guy. He kick all the trash from the ground receipts and paper towels all together she went picked them up throw them in the trash wipe her hand on the side of her clothes and when right back packing customers food without washing her hands. I was looking for the manager but I didn’t want to waste my time I just walked out went to chipotle next door. That ish really turn me off how can someone be so nasty .
The food was fresh and hot. And the services was good. Quick ordering. The line can meet you at the door sometime. But food 5starsFood: 4/5
The manager in this location are the worst, no food ready running out of breakfast before 11 am no eggs no hash browns ready. No good dirty and smelly. Cold food nobody wants to work . I have been leaving in Spanish Harlem for years , the staff sucks…..
Night management is argumentative and refuses to fulfill cash orders they are unhygienic and truly a stain upon the McDonald's brand as a whole. Huge turnoff to the McDonald's brand as a whole and truly sad since I've been coming here since highschool and have watch employees and managements high turnover rate, seems like a higher level of mismanagement on the owners part
I have never written a review. But I go here frequently but the customer service is so bad. They rarely even care about you or even smile. On top of that, they are rude. They are not willing to help when you can't log in or when you need ketchup or want to ask something. It's almost like they think that no matter what you are gonna come back, so can behave in any way with you. Very disappointed.
I never had a problem coming here at this time 3:30am and now all of a sudden this location "closes from 4-6am" BUT IT'S 3:30 AND there are people inside still eating!! Lazy guy who doesn't want to work!
A French fries and a cup of unsweetened tea. It kept me waiting for fifteen minutes.Most importantly,I came to this shop twice and ordered unsweetened tea. As a result, the clerk gave sweet tea.
Had to pay with coins, staff helped sort out money quickly. Food was in my hands the moment the money was sorted. it was still on the counter! 10 out of 10, would visit mcdonalds again.
