4 Kiosk to order from plus at register, the fastest I ever had, didn't waited not even 5 minutes and my order was done, constantly cleaning, even do at times many people, some homeless but NOT disrespectful at times clears up by security, felt good eating here!Food: 5/5

Seems like an older outlet, there was no atmosphere inside - no pictures on the walls or any colour really. The food was luke warm and the coffee was absolutely awful.Food: 3/5

Exceptionally clean for the location friendly staff good cooperation no long waits more recommended than right in Times Square

Oddly enough this is the CLEANEST mcdonalds I've ever seen. They're pretty quick with breakfast orders even during rush hour. Like anywhere in Times Square, there's going to be homeless inside or lingering around outside. But sometimes there's a security guard to get them out. The restroom is small but so is the space so that is expected. The staff was also friendly which isn't common. It's mostly a tourist spot but still a quick place to grab food.

The staff here is so rude!!! My friend was forced to “get out” as the guy thought she was not buying she grabbed the seat while I was making the order. He felt no sense of guilty after he realized we were actually customers and only apologized to us when two friendly customers stood with us. All we want was a sincere apology, while he just believed that it was his right to force any “un-customer-like” people out.

10/28/2022 manager is very dirspefull and nasty person. They always open late see that picture that have the time , date and they see the people outside and they don't open the door.Food: 1/5

Located in popular area a manager or supervisor we encountered was not helpful. Some overweight guy with a grayish collar shirt walked out to the lobby. I guess to make sure the trash was full because he didn't empty it. We asked him to have someone clean our table because it was sticky. He said sure but no one came back. I observed him later looking at his cellphone while possibly bagging food working as slow as possible. I had to ask another worker walking by to clean the table but when he did it was with a dirty wet towel. It left the table with a bad smell. Overall this McDonald's was okay customer service in that area is pretty mediocre even when you ask nicely and are polite.

The manager has a horrible attitude. See the pictures above and see that he doesn't like no customers to eat in stores.Food: 1/5
