McDonald's

On 2/18/2024 at around 7pm, we went through the drive thru and when we received our food we noticed we were missing some things so we went inside and they gave us our missing items. When we got home and took a bite of our burgers, we noticed the meat was raw. It was disgusting! We drove back, went inside, and we requested a manager. I heard someone behind the wall where the drinks are say, "I do NOT want to speak to people todayyy" and minutes later, someone came to the counter finally and asked what we needed. Informed them we wanted a full refund since our burgers were raw. They did give us our refund but no apology what so ever. This place used to have better food and service, not sure what's happening but something needs to be changed.

Would give 0 stars if I could. After getting through most of a quick lunch with my partner on a lunch break in the car, one of my nuggets at the bottom had a huge clump of gray fiber stuck to itsee photos I immediately felt sick at the thought of all the food I had just eaten without really looking at it. I drove all the way back with my receipt and what was left of our food. The manager offered to give me another 10 pc nuggets which I declined for obvious reasons. I asked for my money back and was given four dollars and some change for just the 10 piece nuggets when I had spent over $16 for the whole meal and had no idea how much of my meal had this gross stuff in it. I asked for a full refund and was told that unless I had the food I would not be refunded for all of it. I explain that we had eaten most of the food before we found the fibrous clump of grossness and she said sorry she would only refund what I had. She also said that it was fibers from a scrubbing brush because I thought that it was dust and dirt from food falling on the floor and being put back, even if it was fibers from a scrubbing brush I should not be eating that and they should be more vigilant about what they are cooking their food in. This is not how you handle giving people food with gross things in it. I emailed corporate but I doubt that matters, if just one person sees my review and decides not to spend their money there, that’s the only way I feel like I’m getting a fair outcome. Don’t eat here.

I had someone pick up my order, I was charged for the blueberry pie and didn't receive it. My person went back and found out they didn't have the pie in stock,didn't say anything just charged. I was disappointed, but the staff quickly corrected the mistake, though, and were friendly and courteousFood: 4/5

I’m currently 28 weeks pregnant and I had ordered some biscuits and gravy this morning. That is the only food I have ingested today, and now I have an extreme food poisoning, Clostridium perfringens, this type of food poisoning is found in gravies that have been left at an unsafe temperature for a prolonged amount of time. Thanks McDonald’s, I’ll never return to this restaurant.

The worst customer service I’ve had at any McDonald, the drive through window cashier was literally throwing a tantrum the entire time I was waiting. Won’t be back to that location!

Don’t come here at night. During the day, it’s alright. But at night, it’s complete trash. There are literally workers inside but they will not say hi or respond to you whatsoever. There is also no announcement or nothing about whether they’re open for the night or not. They are also very rude. Absolutely garbage. I honestly wish this McDonalds can be shutdown and replaced with a better one with better workers or simply just a better fast food restaurant.

They first gave my order to the wrong car .then tried to give me that same bag with the same food. Then asked me to pull forward to wait then we waited 10 mins. Finally when I got home I bit into my burger but guess what it wasn't even cooked all the way

I put in a simple order through the mobile app. All I wanted was a Mcdouble meal with meat, cheese, and onions ONLY. Despite my burger being labeled ONIONS ONLY, they put everything on it. When I called and wanted a refund because the McDonald's app can TAKE your money but cannot REFUND it back they said I would have to wait until tomorrow morning. Now it's late at night, I have no edible food pickles make me VOMIT, thanks for the VOMIT BURGER guys, and not a single person at this location OR at the corporate customer service center could help me. I'd be more understanding if the location had been busy, but there were only 3 cars in the drive-thru and a bunch of workers were just chilling around the drive-thru window. Once I get my meal completely refunded, I will NEVER come back to this location again. And I'm not some old Karen; when I say I won't be back to this location, I mean it.

Food was hot. Pretty excited bc surrounding McDonald's in this area their food is not fresh and/or their fries are half cooked and/or undercooked... Keep it up ! And good customer service thus roundabout... visited 10months ago -4/2022 Visited 2/2023 ordered nugget meals w fries for dinner bout 7:45pish. Yall should b ashamed of yourselves!! The nuggets SUPER EXTRA DRY along with the fries half cooked but more so DRY AF! Like they took the fries n refried them but still no good... This is horrible! I give my hard earned money to a food place n it gets wasted bc employees sell you dry ol food been sitting there til ots sold... Please do better! Your being like your neighboring McDs.... Come on there's got to b at least 1 go to Mcds o the south that is superior then others.....

Food and service was great, only issue was the play area was dirty and the tables and floors needed to be wiped terribly. Other than that the ladies and gentlemen that were working were greatFood: 5/5
