Had my son's b-day party here. The staff was very friendly and attentive. We brought in our own cake but then realized there was a sign that said "no outside food or drinks". If I had known I would not have brought in an outside cake however we continued on and they didn't say anything about the cake great place to have a little small get together birthday party thanks McDonald's Kid-friendliness: Staff was awesome Parking: Plenty of parking Wheelchair accessibility: Yes
The cashier was super nice with a great personality. Excellent demeanor. Each window employee greeted me with a smile and proper salutation. My food was warm and fresh. Presentation was appealing to the eye. Parking: I went through drive-thru, however there was plenty of parking spaces.
They hardly ever mess up our order. The staff is very friendly, the only thing that would make this establishment better is if they had a few more workers to help with drive thru and mobile orders. Overall a great place though!
Some days are good , some days are bad ! But the one Mexican lady with the glasses and black hair in bun looks about 45 -48 works mornings always has a attitude and likes being funny and argues with you / over things she forgot to put in the bag! If your not happy with your job , get a different one !
I like the small play area for my toddlers and the app has great deals. I come here pretty often and even though there is a long line in the drive thru at night, they're usually pretty fast and efficient.
As fox would say: According to a new report, consumers surveyed said McDonald’s has the lowest quality food out of all the big fast food food restaurants. The chain was ranked in the number 12 spot out of 12 in a review conducted by RBC Capital Markets, a global investments bank. Together with research firm Mission Measurement, RBC asked 1,000 people to determine how they ranked the top U.S. sandwich and burger chains based on the quality of the food served. In-N-Out Burger was ranked number one, followed by Chick-fil-A and Culver’s. Sonic was ninth, followed by Jack in the Box, Burger King and Mickey D’s in the last slot.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Use the app. Went to pick up. EVERYTHING in my bag said unavailable. Went inside to see what was up NO ONE even looked my way. Speaking Spanish and just chattering away with each other. NO ONE offered to help me..just looked and walked away. I said F*@& THIS..guess you don't want my money and walked out. I won't be back. Went to Sonic..better food anyway.
Its a typical McDonald's and I'm a very nice regular here but this was unacceptable. With inflation prices going up, most people resort to fastfood for cheap alternatives. I should not be spending 40-60$ for a family of four for it to come out not only raw but also: cold fries, incorrect sizing and flat soda. Please reconsider taking customers reviews and see what can be improved. Especially with food poisoning.
The service here can be a hit or a miss. They are very rude to delivery drivers. They push delivery orders to the back and prioritizedrive thru first, as if delivery customers don't pay money I no longer order food from there nor yo I accept many delivery orders from there. No sense of urgency and will talk about you in Spanish, little do they know, I also speak and understand Spanish. Really unprofessional
went through the drive thru at 2:00am, was told their “only serving breakfast, no lunch”….at 2:00am??? if you don’t want to do your job, just say that instead of lying to me about breakfast time. No McDonald’s is serving breakfast as early as 2:00am. Whoever was working that drive thru just wanted to deter customers, because nobody wants breakfast at McDonald’s at 2:00am. Guess it worked because the drive thru that’s normally packed was empty that day….these same people want their hourly pay raised. Btw, the menu was still showing lunch items…
