I'm here right now, when I walked in the place,a Hispanic old lady was busy cleaning the counter and something else, so I was waiting for her to be done to place my order and she looked at me really stressed out or upset I don't know and said "yes" so I'm telling her what I want and she keeps asking me again and again, anyways we get to the veggies and I asked for extra onions and she says no, she said she's only allowed to put 6 slice's of onions in a foot long, so said it's okay just charged me extra for it please and she got mad, her voice got loud and I just said it's okay, it's okay like that. I didn't want her to make a big cene out of it. So so sad to see Hispanic people being rude to their own, and I'm mentioning this because there was a white and a black person and she had a really nice attitude with them
During a delivery pickup, I observeTwo male Associates behind the counter just talking. Meanwhile the order is NOT being prepared. I asked one associate how long will it be for the order to be doneAnd I waited in my vehicle. WhWhen I return back inside to get the order, an associate by the name of D.J stopped making the order to tell me that the order still had a few minutes for the promised pick up time. Why make a customer wait longer than they have to? That's my question. And why be RUDE to the delivery person. Who by the way will not be spending of my hard earned money at this establishment!!! The associate D.j yelled out to me as I was leaving don't work for door dash if you don't like it is this the kind of customer service that subway is giving to its customers or delivery drivers who are picking up for customers?? Shame on ypu D.j SHAME ON YOU. To management, don't take my word for it, run your cameras back and see for yourself smh
There was a nice young man in there holding the shop down all by himself. He deserves a raise. He is definitely an asset to your business as far as I can see.
The Hispanic lady was okay, not rude or nice but the other lady was a total witch, I took a literal 30 sec call about the sandwich I was ordering and she slammed her knife down and rolled her eyes with a smack sound like it was the worst inconvenience in the world. 30 seconds. She was rude the whole experience but that was over the top and she acted like she couldn't hear a single thing you said.
Forgot chips and went back. I obviously got home and didn't have them. Rude lady wouldn't let me get a replacement or even look to see if I misplaced them from when I got my drink. Will never go again to that location.
This Subway was really great on service n friendliest employees. It was a very pleasant experience eating there today.Food: 5/5
Had a great experience. I suffer from intense anxiety, and the guy working behind the counter was very easy to talk to and extremely nice. He went out of his way to help me as well. Give him a raise or something.
