Panera on Northwest Expressway is my go-to Panera Bread. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and of course the food is always delicious. I highly recommend the Warm Bowls! I also love that they have new options for the Unlimited Sip Club, which now includes various flavored lemonades, as well as the usual coffee, tea and soft drinks. I often drink decaf coffee and recently had to request that the decaf urn be refilled. It took quite some time before that was taken care of, but when I reported it to the cashier, she immediately offered to make me some and even bring it out to me when it was ready.
My goodness they are pricey, menus was a tan bit confusing for the pick2 chicken sandwich option. Service is always good and atmosphere was nice. They are above fast food so keep that in mind, it was $17 for a chicken sandwich and macaroni restaurant prices for sure.
This Panera needs to catch up with the others.. I always used to go to the one in Edmond and it was really good and they were on top of everything. Now I go to this one because it is close to work and they are horrible at forgetting things on your order. You’re lucky if half the time you get everything you ordered. Also it’s just not as good, sad because I like Panera but this Panera is the most disappointing. Probably will stop going unless I want to drive 20 extra minutes to go to a different location..
I LOVE THIS LOCATION! CAROL IS AN ABSOLUTE DOLL! SHE IS SO FRIENDLY AND ALWAYS THERE LOL! Friendly, clean, quick, and always yummy! I love my charged lemonades... all three flavors apple, mint, mango buuuuut I tried this sweet green tea today and my favorite so far! I love the sip club!
Ordered a bowl of Soup received a cup. Asked for Chip's and received an Apple. They were out of Baguettes and Croutons for soup and my Caesar Salad. Called and spoke with management and they offered to honor me with soup and free bag of chip's on next visit.Food: 3/5
Super busy location, but will take orders at the check out counter and also has stand alone "order yourself" tablets. Very quick, very easy. Also has a drive through. I quite like the house teas.
Their service was very slow, and while I waited in the lobby I could I heard some of their employees who were in the back cursing and insulting some other customers who from my observations were well mannered and respectable. They were doing it because they thought they were members of a minority religion. That is very unprofessional and unacceptable. That deeply offends me as an American citizen and a person who loves the constitution and bill of rights that have made this country great. This location the last several times I've come here has always brought shame to Panera Restaurants in general although I have never had a negative experience at a different location.
If there is a prize for worst Panera this store wins. It's dirty. Slow. Homeless are allowed to occupy the outdoor area. Breakfast was sub par!
Sandwiches and soups were delicious as always, but the fruit was a fail. I have ordered fruit here many times and it is usually fresh and the container full. This time, the fruit was pretty much past it's prime and it barely came to the half-way mark in the container. And I paid an upcharge! Next time just tell me you ran out of fruit.
Food was horrible. They are not real food. My chicken sandwich was over $12 and the brioche bun was cold. Panera used to be ok years ago but sure it had gone downhill. The person that delivered the food to us was repulsively unfriendly but the order taken and the person that took away our finished plates were very very polite and friendly
