Great customer service! We accidentally ordered at the wrong location and they refunded our money even though they had already made the smoothies!

Food was amazing! Staff was fast and efficient. I was very grateful. Madeleine was very kind! I was having car issues in window and she was so helpful and under.

I’ve been sitting in this drive they for 15 minutes. It’s not moving and I’m stuck. This is ridiculous. Has I thought it would take 15 minutes to get a smoothie if go somewhere else bill never be back

Neither 2 of the two smoothies. Triple berryoatsand che banana oats were worth the price. Oncue does better. Here is what more the taste of ice.

This place has really good different smoothies! You can add a lot of different stuff into your smoothie to make it healthy but after 3 items it gets pricey for a smoothie. Good spot better then the others

Very rude employee, Ms Hyze is name she gave me?. Said she was the assistant manager then I apologize and explained how I sent an online order to her store instead of another one and just needed the order canceled and refunded. She immediately became passive aggressive and had an attitude then said it can’t be done until Monday when her manager gets there. When I asked why, she said she didn’t know how and that she wasn’t actually the manager. It’s very obvious she does not like her job and she projects that onto the customers. Luckily, I was able to call customer service who is amazing and had it escalated. They were able to take down my information and refund it back to me immediately today. The Tropical Smoothie cafes on W Memorial and SW 104 have better customer service and food so I’ll be going there.

This is always been my favorite one until today when “Ray” was completely rude and dismissive and unwilling to communicate with me the customer during the drive-through experience. I was trying to ask a simple question about the pair and save deal because the sign looks like it’s five dollars for both those items and it’s not and that’s what I wanted to clarify

I typically love tropical cafe and go there all the time for my smoothies! But we went to this one had a sign over the speaker saying they couldn’t take orders for 10 minutes because they were short staff and trying to play catch up still had over 30 minutes until they closed. Finally got to order and got up to the window and they were very rude! Like sorry you were stressed but not a nice way to treat your customers! Will more then likely not be returning to this location.

My boss introduced me to this place and dear god the sandwhich and drink im in love.

This Tropical Smoothie makes the BEST quality smoothies. Great taste and consistency!! Been to a few other locations on the southside but none compare, keep up the great work!
