The #8 will suck you in like a tractor beam. I ordered this to go and my order was in a well labeled bag in their mobile pick up area. No issues and my sandwich was perfect. Great job.
The black girls here are extremely slow at making subs on 10/30/22 around 5:30/6 pm. It took them close to 30 minutes to make 1 regular sized sub and a mini sized sub. They need different jobs if they can’t do this one correctly. One of them was also scraping lettuce off and putting it back on the sandwich, playing with it. Over and over. Absolutely disgusted.
I ordered online and was told my order would be ready at 12:12pm. I waited for over an hour! When I asked about it, I was told they were waiting on the cold subs. The hot subs were no longer even the slightest bit warm! This is a poorly managed location!
Customer service is top rate! Associates are exactly what any employer would want! I highly recommend anyone eat here!Food: 5/5

Went to counter, short woman had such an attitude with scowl at the 3 of us. She was down right rude. Thinner taller woman was worse. They were a team of female thugs who create a hostil environment. I’ve never ever been treated in so many disrespectful ways in my life. I’m a former, chef, GM and DOO of restaurants throughout the country. You want details? There are so many details that I don’t even care to leave them. Your business is hurting because you have disrespectful, rude, uncoached employees that need to be fired, they are not worth saving. They deserve a lesson in humility. I haven’t even mentioned sanitation. They are despicable humans who do not deserve this much verbiage. They need to go back to school to learn how to be like human beings. I feel terrible speaking this way because I believe in everyone has a bad day. That’s not the case here. We went to a store a few doors down to get some things and said something to the most hospitable employee. She shared how known that the employees of this Jersey Mike’s are so rude, disrespectful and dirty. She also said that most of the businesses around will not go there because of this constant behavior. So as facts are important, in this case, the fact is the employees are killing the business, but, more importantly the company is sending the wrong message to their patrons that it’s ok to act this way when taking care of customers. I blame you the company for this conundrum that will continue until someone goes out and does what they’re paid to do, “THEIR JOB”. Good luck, A paying no longer customer of Jersey Mike’s

If you order online check your sandwich, I ordered a giant #8 on Wheat and got regular white bread called to see what happened at 8:50pm to see what went wrong and no one answered and yes I know they were getting ready to close
