Del Taco

I went through the drive-thru around 11:30pm 9/21/22. I ordered 2 quesadilla tacos without tomato. One with grilled chicken and one with steak. When I got home to eat, there was no meat in either one! When I called to speak with a manager, the on duty manager told me that he didn’t believe me. He told me that he personally made them after I told him I’d bring it back or show a photo. He told me “So what do you want me to do? Remake it or just give you credit?” The way he said it was demeaning and extremely rude. He also told me he thought I was only complaining to get credit. I have never eaten at a Del Taco before and now I will never return to one. He refused to provide me with his name or his general manager’s name when I requested he provide that to me. I’m completely upset with how I was just treated and called a liar. this was all I had to attempt to eat as I had been working since 8am. A simple act of ownership and an apology would have gone a long way, instead he got extremely defensive and attacked me. You should never treat people that way. I will never return to this restaurant again and I’m extremely upset.

Coming here and getting the right thing that you ordered is like pulling teeth. Came here to get just 2 simple menu items: a taco, and a regular strawberry lemonade. Initially, they tried to give me the kid’s cup when I’m a visibly grown, 30 year old adult. After complaining because I know the size I’m supposed to get having been a frequent customer, they decide to make me a watered down strawberry lemonade. I had to complain to get both to show the pettiness of this location’s workers in action. Really done with this location. I was a regular customer… but no matter the time of night, no matter the day, the enployees always with an attitude. I’ve given them multiple chances to improve their behavior, but clear they either don’t like me or doing this job. It’s crazy because at other food places, I get compliments for how nice of a customer I am, very understanding to almost any issue. But I’ve been here probably about 6 times in the last few months and EVERY single time I was met with attitude and pettiness.

Decent service and freshness. This location seems to be well run and most of the time has it together. I prefer this to taco bell most days especially with the fried chicken and fish tacos/burritos being better than the taco bell ones. The beef and steak I think are on par w taco bell. Fries are ok, but the loaded fries really shine.

They were short staffed, the place was pretty dirty, and they struggled to get our order right several times. It made for a very disappointing Del Taco experience for my fiance and I. We drove up there from East Texas just to be let down by the food and service. The burgers we ordered had to be remade because the first ones we got only had meat and cheese on them, the remade ones had no sauce on them, and it took them two tries to get a chicken quesadilla right. I feel like the manager needs to do better training and they need more staff to keep up with dinner service on Saturday nights.

Food was excellent as always! Being from California, but born in Oklahoma I really wish there were more Del Taco's in Oklahoma. They offer fresh ingredients, good food and a fair price. Would love a location in Shawnee! I think it would take off and make someone rich. Heck, my family could probably buy enough food to support it. Truth is Del Taco needs to branch out to mid-sized cities closer to us! That's all there is to it, lol! Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible bathroom, parking and entrance to business!

Service was outstanding on the day of my visit through the drive-thru. Food was very disappointing. Shredded cheese in a bean burrito that was not melted, extremely sloppily assembled tacos, and cold fried chicken strips in the crispy chicken taco. Everybody I know says the same thing that del Taco was delicious when they first came to Oklahoma City and now they are quite forgettable. Sad

My experience was BEYOND great! So excited that Del Taco now has vegan beyond beef. I hadn’t had a fast food crunchy taco in I don’t even know how long! Service was great, store was very clean and the food was delicious.

Years ago we had Del Taco in the DFW area. I was in OKC for work and had this place twice in two weeks. Amazing food. Del Taco needs to come back to the DFW areaFood: 5/5

Not this location's fault, but if you make an order in the app, then the store doesn't have an item you ordered and already paid for, there's no way to cancel and get a refund without calling customer service and putting an "escalation" in to "upper management". Won't be using the app to order again.Food: 5/5

Went in here a few weeks ago, I had never tried them, Order a couple of tacos and bean burritos. When my boyfriend went to unwrap the burrito a fly was dead inside the wrapper, So I went in I didn't want to make a scene, Quietly told employee, showed it to her. She apologized and handed me another taco. Now 2 weeks later I went by there tonight to get some party tacos, After eating one taco, I went to open another taco, I was getting ready to put some sauce on it when a fly crawled out of the lettuce. OK now I can't eat anymore of this food. One time OK..., But I've only eaten there twice and both times? And I really liked their food., so sad.
