This location is the best is a great representation of the brand. Super clean from a food service inspection point of view. Stainless was Shiney. Everyone I clean uniforms managers providing leadership to the crew. Of course the burger was well executed. You need to go here.
It’s pretty self explanatory, dry means no sauce condiment of any kind. Spent 35$ on a mobile order for the company policy be to take my time and energy to come basically fix it myself. Again, the company policy is” bring the food back and the receipt and we will do it right this time” i already left my house, you fix it now.Food: 1/5
Grilled chicken was super ugh. Chewy is not the word but rubber might be ... it was not fresh had been sitting there awhile ..... Should be cooked to order... Fries were the best and freshFood: 1/5
I went at 1pm for lunch. It was still busy, but the wait was only 2 minutes. Service was great! Food was fresh. I had the chili cheese burger and it was the best chili cheese burger I have ever had! Delicious chili and crisp fritos on the burger! I had to get some to take home for lunch the rest of the week! The white chocolate Raspberry shake was really tasty as well!
My wife and I wanted to stop by Whataburger on Sunday and enjoy a nice burger, which turned out to be a bad mistake. First, the young lady taking your order didn't know how to honor our meal coupons correctly, and we needed a manager's assistance to get through that process. Second, once we had ordered our food there wasn't any place to sit because there was soda spills and leftover trash everywhere, so much we had to get a staff member to clean off a table so we could eat. Lastly, my wife's for finally comes out but the fries are cold and her order is incorrect!
I don’t know what it is but I love seeing ppl enjoying their work environment . Manager was amazing I didn’t get her name but Ashly the cashier went above and beyond and provided excellent service . And good customer service is hard to come by these days . God bless your staff I will be returning . Keep up the good work :Food: 5/5
Drove 30 minutes and paid $30 for an entirely wrong order despite them reading the order back correctly. One sandwich was on the wrong bread and instead of wings I got a burger.Food: 1/5
Always forgets food. Literally just need to pay attention to the order Photo of my “large fry” I received. This place is half scam 11/17, employees are having inappropriate conversations while “serving” customers at the window. I then received water for gravy. Check your food. Take your time at the window. They have no sense of urgency and provide very poor customer service.
Literally spent $12 there, didn’t put in my gravy and I double checked the and it’s on there but not in the bag, if company’s are going to charge more then they need be putting in the time with their people… called the store phone someone answered and then hung up? Tried calling back again twice but no one answered.. it’s very frustrating on the people that’s spending their money my ticket number is 559935 time 3:26
Our first experience at a Whataburger was excellent, and was above and beyond our expectations. The restaurant itself was extremely clean and well put together. The staff was very nice, and service was quick. It reminded us of a quick service restaurant rather than a fast food place since everything was cooked to order and brought to our table. The original Whataburger was fresh tasting thanks to the toppings and the honey BBQ chicken tender sandwich may be one of my favorite quick chicken sandwiches ever. Their ketchup was delicious. Highly recommended for a quick bite.
